Citadines hotel was very nice, all the staff were very kind and it was nicely decorated, making it cozy and comfortable. I stayed with my family for 4 nights and throughout our stay the staff were giving recommendations on interesting places to visit, and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As well as the staff, the facilities were also very nice, the dining room was cozy and was a quiet place to enjoy a meal. The gym and other facilities seemed very clean.

The AC wasn't working in the middle of the night. The ventilation completely stopped working and the room was hot and felt lack of air. The front desk give me a fan and fixed it the next day. However, it was very difficult to sleep that night. There is also a lot of outside noise early in the morning (before 8 am). Would not recommend if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in. On the bright side, the coffee/tea and filter water in the lobby was appreciated. Staff are nice too.

Nice place in a quiet street away from all the hustle but still in walking distance of the canals and with access to the metro. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the air conditioning in our room barely worked. It was not a huge problem because the weather was relatively cool, but on a hot day this could be an issue.

We had a great stay here! It’s off of a quiet street just off the canals and a super close walk to restaurants and cafes. We were easily able to walk to all the attractions and then able to have a quiet break in the hotel neighborhood! The room is great- we loved having the fridge as we were able to go to the grocery store nearby and get fresh fruit and snacks for breakfast etc.

It’s a nice place. The front desk people were very kind and helpful. My only negative was the bar. The upstairs bar closes early and has a different line up of drinks from the lobby bar. And maybe it’s because I’m just used to New York service speed, but the bartenders were slow and inattentive. Still though, a good spot to stay. And a relatively close walk to many things.

Wouid definitely stay again
Check in took an extra amount of time and lack of communication about the room being ready was the only draw back to this clean and recently renovated hotel. Near so many things— except for the very loud drunken crowds that can pack the downtown plazas. We missed that exactly zero percent. Our room even came with a tiny galley kitchen.
