Not a great place.
The shower was poor as impossible to keep water from going mostly all over the bathroom. The wash basins in the bathrooms were such that water invariably good all over the counter top, even being very cautious. The lighting was poor. The bed was not comfortable. The staff were superb.

bathrooms are a bit small and dated but other than that no complaints! it is close to vondelpark, pc hooftstraat for shops, and museumplein.

Great stay. Room quite small, but manageable, esp for one. Bed comfortable, but lopsided so you feel like you will fall off, if sleeping one one side. Extremely friendly and helpful at front desk. Super location and safe. Very happy with stay and Amsterdam and people are amazing.

I found the hotel pretty convenient as it was close to many of the many of the main attractions. The room that I was staying in was comfortable and I liked the fact that it had the the toilet and shower room together also I prefer it in the same room. For a single person the room was fine and I have to say that i love it and i will definitely staying with you again when i am in back in Amsterdam. It was the worst experience I have ever had when reserving through Expedia. The room was extra small, the coffee machine did not work, the floor under the bed was dirty, they didn't make the room when we asked for (we slept there 4 nights), personal was not friendly, you need a code to enter the building everytime, the TV didn't work (not even for streaming) and there were not bins for the trash. Terrible, terrible experience, specially when traveling with a 77years old mom.

This hotel was very céntrical. Located close to Van Gogh museum, restaurants, pubs, train stations. The staff was very helpful, nice, professional, and accommodating. My only request would be to have a breakfast option to help get your day started. Aside from that, I would return again, many many times again!

The room was half ways under the ground surface and our room was not cleaned. It was not possible to get fresh air without having the aircon running. This was not good during nighthours.
