Good stay. The room was clean except for a dead bug on the bathroom door and a weird brown stain on the wall (could clean it off with a disinfectant wipe), I had no other problems. The free parking was the reason why I chose the stay here. A good distance from Disneyland and a walk that I was capable of doing.

Horrible experience here. Would never recommend or stay here again. We found stains and hairs all over the beds, and there were bugs. In the office room the fish tank also had dead fish. The hotel did refund upon request, but the lack of care was despicable. The hotel offered no solutions, or recommendations. We traveled to go to Disneyland for my daughters 10th birthday and this was a horrible experience.
Hairs on the bed, under the comforter- so they did not belong to us.
Bugs in the shower. I’ll leave it up to you to figure out what kind.

What I did not like was making the reservation online it did not require credit card. That was great for me. However when I'm at Disneyland I get a phone call. Requiring a credit card really I'm at disneyland. I did not even get the phone because it went to voicemail. Once I got there I noticed the parking lot extremely small. Very hard to park into or back out I don't like that. If I leave I don't want to have to worry about finding a spot in the middle of the night if I want to get food or something Maids which were cleaning the rooms very unfriendly. Not even a smile. The front desk guy is peculiar and pushy. The one at night shift doesn't say hello to you there's no Christmas tree in the lobby or any kind of decoration all the other hotels have it right now it just did not impress me. The room bed was very floppy I noticed the bathrooms had dents on the walls and the furniture is old $150 for this room is overpriced I will not stay here again

Check-in was easy and the staff person was friendly and helpful. That evening we had to kill 11 crickets in our bathroom before we could use that area. A staff member entered our room while my husband was napping- he apologized , but there was no lock on the door to prevent that. The next day our smoke alarm went off for no reason. Walls are very thin and we could hear furniture being moved around both above us and next to us. Parking was free, but did not make up far all the problems.

Room was great until we came back after a day out and there was a giant cockroach in the middle of the room. Service and staff were very friendly, room itself was spacious but cleanliness needs to be better.
