I'm not sure if some of the lower rating reviews are trying to compare this to a high-end hotel, but for a value resort it's not bad. Unlike some of the other reviews, I had plenty of toilet paper and towels, a comfy bed, all of the lights worked, the shower worked. The TV worked although it was not subscribed to any cable plan which is why no one is seeing anything. I did notice you could pull up Netflix on it though but I didn't try that out as I don't put my info on hotel TV's for safety reasons. Some of the other guests were noisy at points but not for very long. They even had daily maid service which I haven't seen since before covid. The only reason I am taking a star off was the office staff was hard to get a hold of. At two different visits to the office, including my check-in at night, it took over 10 minutes to get a staff member to open the door and let me in. Other than that, it was a fine stay and I would stay there again as long as the price was right.
