Staff professional and friendly. Something we were not expecting is this hotel has daily housekeeping have not stayed at a place that has had that in a long time. Towels worn and small. Bed was comfortable. Noise is something that is very much up to the other guests not much a hotel can do about slamming doors, heavy walking, talking after midnight, emergency vehicles passing. It is a budget friendly place to sleep while visiting Disneyland! ART bus stop nearby or a short walk to catch the FREE bus from the Toy Story parking lot with a much shorter security line than at the main gate. All in all we would recommend the Queens Inn for a Disneyland experience. But my wife did let me know that for our 50 anniversary trip next year she expects one of the name brand hotels nearby

The pictures were quite deceiving. We went to a different hotel. The pool was a swamp. There was no dining or breakfast area. Rooms were dirty with a bandaid stuck to the smoke detector. Overall very poor experience.

Second year staying here. A great & convenient stay if you're looking for somewhere next to the parks that's affordable. Only complaint the room felt muggy & humid at times even with the air on. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Never again. Carpet was extremely dirty the room had an old dirty strong smell and the shower was clogged. Very unsanitary Hands down the worse experience ive ever had.

We booked this hotel for one night. The staff was kind, no issues there at all. The room was outdated, the shower and toilet grossed us out, the bed was uncomfortable. Due to the rooms we would not book here again.

We were welcomed warmly to the hotel. However, our room had absolutely filthy floors. Ended up throwing our socks away as they were black. Had a surprise g-string in our bathroom upon arrival as well. But the baby roach by my bed put it all over the top. I really wanted to leave a positive review as the workers were very nice, but just couldn’t.

Our Disneyland pit stop
Great little quicky stay when we visit Disneyland. Very close to the park, we stay here often when going to Disneyland because it’s affordable and has your basics

I'm not sure if some of the lower rating reviews are trying to compare this to a high-end hotel, but for a value resort it's not bad. Unlike some of the other reviews, I had plenty of toilet paper and towels, a comfy bed, all of the lights worked, the shower worked. The TV worked although it was not subscribed to any cable plan which is why no one is seeing anything. I did notice you could pull up Netflix on it though but I didn't try that out as I don't put my info on hotel TV's for safety reasons. Some of the other guests were noisy at points but not for very long. They even had daily maid service which I haven't seen since before covid. The only reason I am taking a star off was the office staff was hard to get a hold of. At two different visits to the office, including my check-in at night, it took over 10 minutes to get a staff member to open the door and let me in. Other than that, it was a fine stay and I would stay there again as long as the price was right.
