Horrible bugs

This used to be our favorite place to stay but def not anymore . Went way down . There were so many roaches it was gross . Turn on bathroom light and see them scatter . Had one crawl right up the wall next to where my head was . The towels were so thin and dingy . We went to DD’s and got some cheap towels that were way better . The wallpaper was coming off, the touch ups were smeared and do they ever shampoo the carpet ???

The rooms are old, but the staff do the best they can and are polite and quick with service. The rooms were clean, but furniture, sheets, rugs, bathrooms are beat up. If I'm on a budget I'll stay here again. But otherwise, count me out!

Staff was nice, but the room felt dirty. Ants on the bathroom sink, shower didn’t look cleaned well, cracks along the floor of the tub.

It was a very affordable option fairly close to Disneyland. It cost between 10-14$ to Lyft to the park. It had coffee a fridge, and a microwave and was clean. I would stay here again if I had a moderate disney budget. We were in the park from 7 AM to 11PM so we only needed to sleep here.

The hotel was pretty alright, But you can hear the sounds outside, and it was pretty safe but was so noisy. And the pool was alright, Overall, the hotel was pretty alright.

The hotel is a solid 2.5 - it is convenient for a low cost stay, but the rooms are dated. Our sink did not drain, the toilet seat was loose, and the tv did not turn on. We informed staff of the sink & they addressed it next day. Pros: for the cost the beds are comfy and the property was safe

Cheap option within walking distance to Disneyland, but very dirty. We had a ground floor room and we didn’t dare walk on the floor with bare feet as when we did, the bottoms of our feet came away black. Carpets needed to be cleaned badly! There were a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom, and the ceiling was falling apart in the bathroom. Pillows were lumpy, but at least the bedding and towels were clean.

The room is ideal for sleeping - it needs some upkeep however overall the room did what it needed to do. Beds weren’t the best but after a long day at the parks I can’t complain much there. It is very walkable and Target is just around the corner. The room can feel humid but the AC did its job once it kicked on. Free parking is a plus! The pool is fairly small, but overall no issues. You can hear your neighbor a bit and if you’re on the bottom floor their footsteps. Overall for budget and value to be closer the parks I would say definitely a win with free parking!

Staff were great, room was fine but cleaning around the edges could have been better and around furniture beds etc etc, just 2 things I didn’t like was that we had to move on and they wouldn’t refund us for 6 days and the stair cases need strengthening as you get vibrations in the room from people using the stairs

Staff friendly, lack of towel, supplies. Towels are rough and thin. Seems to be a communication problem between maid service, do not disturb signs and management staff. Location, neighbors were quiet. All in all, you get what you pay for!!!
