ABYSMAL. AVOID THIS DIRTY UNSANITARY HOTEL. My family of 4 (wife and two boys aged 4 years old) booked a 2-night stay at Queens Inn in Anaheim from December 12 to Dec 14. After a long 10 hour drive from Northern California, we arrived late around 12:30am and were eager to get a good night’s rest in our hotel room. The whole family was exhausted and we quickly went to bed. When we woke up in the morning, we noticed extremely concerning concerns about our room. The area round the bathroom door was damp and the carpet was wet. We noticed that there was a crack in the bathtub and black mold growing on the walls. The sanitation concerns were even worse when we found 4 cockroaches in our room. After this I immediately spoke with the front desk and told him that I would like to cancel my reservation and requested a refund due to the absolutely poor conditions of the room. As I was packing up my car to leave, I asked one of the house keepers if cockroaches were common in all of the rooms and she said yes. This solidified my decision to not accept a different room and find an alternative hotel that was clean and sanitary.

The bed was clean but the room was run down. There were stains ok the walls and the door was rotting away due to mold. The tub was peeled. The layout of the fridge was odd and I could only find one plug to charge my phone which didnt work well.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They stored my luggage so i could go to Disney. The room was comfortable and had everything needed for a 14 night stay. There was a coffee maker however I drink tea so had to heat my water in microwave. A kettle would of been handy.

You get what you pay for. Cracked tub, short ripped up shower curtain, floor throughout room could use a little mopping. Room is very dark even when window curtains are open needs more lighting, lights that are available barely work had to get ready in the dark at one point because the brightest light in the room didn’t turn on for like an hour. Bed was okay the A/C was great

The staff was very kind and helpful. However, the outside of the buildings definitely needed cleaning as well as inside. Our room had the dirtiest floors I’ve ever witnessed in a hotel, so bad that our socks would stick as we walked around. The bottoms of my socks were covered in dirt from the hotel room floor alone. Above our bed on the ceiling was either blood splatters or food, but it was questionable substance nonetheless. In the bathroom behind the door, were poop smears and boogers on the wall. Oh, and when I went to hang up my towel after showering, the towel rack fell down. For being in a very busy and populated area, I expected more. Specifically on the cleanliness part.

They neglected to give us towels and toilet paper the entire stay. We would ask the maid and she would tell us she can’t give us any to ask the help desk. When asking the help desk they would say ask the maid. When we got towels they were tiny and small and then at one point we needed toilet paper and the aid up front had to go find it.

Good location, quick & friendly check in/out, the room was big & clean. I REALLY appreciate the no charge parking. Fixtures are kind of old and have minimal damages. I’m a little disappointed in the lack of quality of the towels and the coffee creamer was expired. Other than that, it was a good stay.

We were in Anaheim for 3 days at Disneyland. Needless to say we were not going to be in the room much. Not the Ritz but very affordable, great location ( half mile walk to the shuttle to Disneyland) and free parking. The room was clean, bed comfortable and restaurant choices a few steps away. The staff was very helpful! Perfect choice for us.

Room was neglected to the point that there was an infestation of gnats or something in the drains, every morning and night they were all over the sink and bathtub. Also which was severely clogged and would take about 10-20 mins to drain. Shower curtain was shredded to pieces, no hot water, and when we told management; they simply said you have to let it run for 20 mins. And let me tell you it indeed took 20 mins to finally get some sort of hot water. Will not be returning in this lifetime.
