Will not stay here again/ Front desk is rude
Let me start by saying that I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 2 years. It's reasonable priced and always clean. However, the last two times I have had a negative experience with the lady at the front desk. I always ask for two simple requests: first floor and close to the office. That' it, not complicated at all. The lady at the front desk is unfriendly and rude. She speaks as if she's doing us a favor to stay at her hotel. I realize that check in time is at 3:00, however, I never have a problem at any other hotel I stay at to be accommodated to check in a bit early. It was 2:10 pm when we arrived at the hotel. She said check in time wasn't until 3:00 and that our room wasn't ready. I told her we would wait which we did. We sat outside and just like the last time she comes out within 15 minutes and says our room is now ready. Checks us in and puts us in a room that is not in the front of hotel. I asked if there was anything closer, she says no. The room she placed us in was right next to the hotel laundry room where the maids work. We could hear the Industrial washing machines on. I went back to the office and told her if there was another room available because it was too loud. She said no and that the maids don't tart work until 8am next morning so we shouldn't be bothered by the washing machine through the night. Again her demeanor is just rude. Next morning at 8am we could hear the maids talking very loud right outside our door.

The room was good enough, except for the bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder in the wall but plaster and anchor screws in the wall. While the toilet was not totally sealed to the ground. Other than that a good enough space just had to make sure the fridge is on since the gauge on the back doesn’t point to how cold or ON it is set for.

Cheap price you get what you paid for.
We booked 2 rooms. Family of 4. Both rooms had chairs on the corner of the room that were filthy with stains. No way anyone would sit on them. The one room the water ran constantly in the tub. The second room when we turned the heat on smoke came out of the unit and stunk up the whole room so we shut it off immediately. The toilets worked and the beds in the one room were good but the other room you could feel the springs and they were awful. We just needed a place to sleep for the night so we touched it out but would not recommend.

Location at a good price!
Location, location, location! Disney and the convention hotels about a 1-mile or less walk away and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. While this is an older property, the lobby and my room were spotless. While others might seek more amenities, it was a room and bed for me while I attended a meeting. The price is right and if my travels bring me back to Anaheim, I would definitely stay again.

Staff was amazing I screwed up the dates and front desk fixed it. This property is a great value for the location very convenient easy free parking. Rooms are clean comfortable. There are some repairs needed and pool has been otc every time I stay but great value!!!!

Basically needed a bed, shower and quiet. This was the place! Staff was friendly and helpful, room was basic, but large, comfy and clean. As I came in late, and left very early, it was the right place to stay. Thanks!
