Check in was fairly easy. I got there early so I was able to leave a deposit so I could make the process of getting my key & stuff easier later on after the actual check in time of 3pm. They held on to my luggage so i could go play at Disneyland. However, after asking to use a different card then the one i made the reservation with i was told there was no issue with that. The wrong card still got charged. When i returned after 3pm to get my room key they graciously accommodated me with a ground floor room request. I noticed no eash cloths & when asking for some on check in day was told there were none. The next morning I called for some & the desk person told me to find a housekeeper & ask them for some. Ok. So I did just that. Guess what the house keeper told me? Go ask the front desk staff. They didnt have any at the moment. I asked them when the linen gets done washing if they could put some in my room because I couldnt stick around. There were some hanging on a towel bar when I returned. Slightly irritating to have to shower with a hand towel on my first night but no biggie. This place could use some tender love & care. Its clean, cheap, & in a good location which is walking distance from the parks. Its also on the ART bus route but you have to get off at the Double Tree which is across the street.

Queens Inn is a great economic hotel within walking distance of Disney. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

I got there early and the lady want me to pay $50 for check in early. Which I did not pay. My kids and I were tired from being in the road for 8 hrs. So we went to have some lunch instead of paying $50. I stayed 3 nights and they made beds but they did not clean the bath tub neither the sink. The only good think was when I checked out the receptionist man was nice but not the woman who helped me when I arrived in the morning.

The property and parking lot very clean, Room was clean, concern was the door to our room, it showed that it had the door had better day's it looked like it was a run down hotel trying to improve the appearance by having the door repainted but not replaced which was alarming that it was just painted over - fortunately it had a metal attachment to do the door with a lock that gave the appearance of safety. 1st appearances.

Other than not having enough towels and the phone not working in our room, overall the stay was good!! Very convenient and short walk to the convention center for the volleyball tournament!

Disappointed Despite Good Reviews I booked this hotel based on recent positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t match the expectations. The hotel felt very outdated, and the wear and tear was noticeable throughout my stay. The most unsettling part came when I returned to my room one night and found a massive cockroach crawling on the wall. I called the front desk immediately, and while the staff member who came up was responsive and clearly just as shocked as I was, the situation was poorly handled. He did kill the cockroach, but it got wedged between the wall and carpet and was simply left there—not exactly the resolution you hope for in a hotel setting. I appreciated the staff’s quick response, but overall, the condition of the room and that incident made it difficult to feel comfortable. I won’t be returning and would caution other travelers to manage their expectations, especially when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance.

The stay was pretty good. Location from Disneyland isn't terrible, but be prepared to walk. There are tons of restaurants nearby. My only complaint is the lack of lighting within the room.

We enjoyed our stay at the Queens Inn. We came to Anaheim for Disneyland. It’s a bit of a walk (~20min). But there are a couple bus/shuttle options really close by. The hotel was pretty basic, could use some upkeep (paint and tiles), but it was clean, there was good parking, the staff was helpful, and it was overall a great value for what we paid. Would stay again on a future trip.
