It was so hot in our room, I think the ac/heater was broken. No way to take a bath because the drain was broken. Blow drier was also broken. Ice machine outside also broken. The baseboard in the bathroom had what looked liked poop smudged all over but stained. The only positive was both workers at check in and check out were nice. We had to get extra towels and they easily handed them to us. They had the thinnest towels I have ever seen so everyone had to use two to get dried.

We asked for a non smoking Room, the room smelled like w**d so bad. The electricity cut out and they took like 3 hours to fixed it

The place is terrible. Bathroom door wont close, due to not being aligned well, with no lock. The fridge is broken and stinks. Staff is rude demanding immediate check out on the dot at 11:00 am, when we're just loading luggage. Oh yeah, COCKROACHES. Literally 1 hour before check out we saw one and was only having to make sure we didnt tale any home, leading to the slight delay. Its cheap but to levels that are unreasonable in terms of basic hotel amenities.

The room I had was clean and spacious. The bathroom had an adjustable shower head which was a nice bonus but they were a little stingy on the wash cloths. I hope I get this room again next time I come back!

ABYSMAL. AVOID THIS DIRTY UNSANITARY HOTEL. My family of 4 (wife and two boys aged 4 years old) booked a 2-night stay at Queens Inn in Anaheim from December 12 to Dec 14. After a long 10 hour drive from Northern California, we arrived late around 12:30am and were eager to get a good night’s rest in our hotel room. The whole family was exhausted and we quickly went to bed. When we woke up in the morning, we noticed extremely concerning concerns about our room. The area round the bathroom door was damp and the carpet was wet. We noticed that there was a crack in the bathtub and black mold growing on the walls. The sanitation concerns were even worse when we found 4 cockroaches in our room. After this I immediately spoke with the front desk and told him that I would like to cancel my reservation and requested a refund due to the absolutely poor conditions of the room. As I was packing up my car to leave, I asked one of the house keepers if cockroaches were common in all of the rooms and she said yes. This solidified my decision to not accept a different room and find an alternative hotel that was clean and sanitary.

The bed was clean but the room was run down. There were stains ok the walls and the door was rotting away due to mold. The tub was peeled. The layout of the fridge was odd and I could only find one plug to charge my phone which didnt work well.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They stored my luggage so i could go to Disney. The room was comfortable and had everything needed for a 14 night stay. There was a coffee maker however I drink tea so had to heat my water in microwave. A kettle would of been handy.

You get what you pay for. Cracked tub, short ripped up shower curtain, floor throughout room could use a little mopping. Room is very dark even when window curtains are open needs more lighting, lights that are available barely work had to get ready in the dark at one point because the brightest light in the room didn’t turn on for like an hour. Bed was okay the A/C was great
