We just checked out this morning from a lovely stay at the Double Tree. My husband and I like to pick a different hotel to stay at when we come to the Disneyland area and our Sun/Mon stay this time landed us at the Double Tree. Our overall experience was pretty great! The hotel is for sure a bit outdated, however, you could tell that they have begun the renovation process and I’m excited to see the updates they have! The rooms are spacious and large, house keeping always ensured we had what we needed, and all of the staff from the bartender at the Grappa Lounge on Sunday night who was incredibly friendly, to Maria at the front desk who was so kind to us and helped with our check in process. She truly was a highlight during our stay and was a key part in walking away from this stay feeling truly great! We have a young child and felt quite comfortable during the stay and staff checked in to make sure we were doing okay. We can’t wait to come back and stay after the renovations are complete!

It was the best experience and staff was nothing short of accommodating when anything was needed or if we had questions. We will definitely stay here again in the future! The cookies were delicious, per usual. The room and furniture was somewhat dated, but the room in general felt very clean compared to other more “modern” rooms at other hotels.

It was a decent stay. Room was very spacious and clean. Service in lobby and overall good. What was not good is no bellboy it was self service we need to wait for the few carts that was available and then put and take our bags and luggage’s to the room.
