Great place to stay!
First time staying at this hotel and I enjoyed it very much. We were able to check in early, staff was really friendly. Room was perfect size for me and my 3 kids. We got yummy complimentary warm cookies from front desk daily. Hotel was secure, and really close to Disneyland. We didn’t want to pay to park so we took uber which was under $10. Hotel is also close to multiple food places.

I love that the bedroom is separated from living room with doors. This way kids can be in bedroom sleeping after long day at Disney and parents can relax in living room watching tv without waking kids up. Nice hotel and amenities

Communication before and during stay was excellent. We were able to check in early. Welcome cookies were nice touch. Good location too. Around 20 min walk to Disney. A little less to Garden walk. Bus stops nearby. Good restaurants in the hotel and nearby.

The team at this property are excellent, attentive and care about my stay checking in with me. My only complaint was I didn't get water the 2nd day of my stay for making coffee in my room.... But my cleaning lady brought me a bottle anyway because she really cared that I had water. So amazing! She went the extra mile! But so did the front desk.... However I think if you stay more than 1 day it would make sense to have a second bottle of water for your second day and not have do get it from your cleaning ladies' personal water supply

The staff is always so helpful at this hotel. We stayed here three years in a row for our Disney trip and will definitely come back next year although the rooms feel a little bit dated and the sofa beds aren’t that comfortable the beds are very comfortable and everything is always very clean.
