Rooms were clean, front desk service was friendly, and we were able to walk to Disneyland or if you needed a bus, it was right outside the driveway. Very nice. We would stay here again!

We arrived to Double Tree on a sour note- our ferry to Catalina Island was cancelled due to a storm. Christopher at the hotel front desk however was incredible! He was sympathetic to our situation and as a Christmas gift gave us a free room upgrade, a handful of warm Double Tree cookies, and a positive outlook that maybe things were going to be better this way. He recommended some local restaurants for dinner and invited us to dine at the hotel’s restaurant for a delicious lunch. Christopher was right and we were able to have an unforgettable Christmas dinner at Ruth Chris next door and arrive to Catalina Island the next day well rested and well fed!

The room was dirty upon entering. Tried asking staff to send someone to clean showerhead that was caked with mildew and grime in bathroom, nobody ever came so did it myself. Looks nice in the outside but inside wasn’t great. Stay elsewhere if you can

Great rooms and above regular service with parking explinations, early check in, arcade tokens, and more. The rate was amazing for the area and proximity to dosneyland without being jeopardizing quality of rooms.
