Necey at the front desk was amazing!!! We went in hoping to get last minute reservations and she went above and beyond to find a room for 3 nights on one of Disney’s busiest weekend!!! We love the huge pool!!!! The location is the best for getting to the parks!!!

Location was great. 2 blocks from Disneyland. There was a bar and a pizza place at the restaurant which was convenient. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated and there were rust stains on the floor under the sink, but everything worked well, more of a cosmetic thing. Rooms were quiet in the evening allowing for a great night sleep. It was nice n the high 90’s and quite humid during our stay but the AC worked well and kept us cool. There were also ice machines conveniently located on the property.

This is our third time staying at this property. We love how close it is to the parks, the look of the rooms, the pool, and the overall vibe. That said, if this stay were our first time, I probably would not book here again. Our room was a little run down compared to the other rooms we've stayed in before. The tub would not drain while we were showering so we would have ankle deep water by the end, the sink would not fully turn off unless you really tweeked the handle, and the latch on the bathroom door was on backwards, so the door didn't actually stay closed. and the bathroom overall looked really worn down. Again, this is 1 out of 3 stays, so we would of course try again knowing our other stays were good, but this room specifically was showing it's age.

We arrived quite a bit early before check-in and were able to utilize the pool, which was a fun, great atmosphere. Once our room was ready, Leo, the most amazing and sweet team member helped us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed for a good nights stay. there was a wedding going on the property rooms were well insulated that you couldn’t hear the outside noise. To make things even better, the property ahead of you of the Disneyland fireworks which we enjoyed. we can’t wait to come back.

Good but not great

Overall the hotel was nice and the location was great. The service wasn’t the worst but they weren’t very timely with bringing things to our room. The bathroom door was crooked and wouldn’t close without some effort. Other than that it was acceptable and the food, entertainment and dining options were good too.

Great spot for Disney! It's an older hotel but in very good shape and a super easy walk to Disney. The pool is very nice and the fam enjoyed it. The connected pizza place was good for room service. It's not fancy but it checked all my boxes and I'd stay again!

Great Potential but needs maintenance/ cleaning

The hotel boasts an excellent location and strong architectural potential, but it suffers from a lack of proper maintenance and would greatly benefit from remodeling. In our first room, we encountered a serious hygiene issue—accumulated hair backing up from the bathtub drain—and a malfunctioning shower faucet. The front desk promptly relocated us to a different room, after learning about these issues. However, based on the staff’s response, the faucet issue appears to be a recurring problem at the property. To their credit, the front desk representative handled the situation professionally and courteously, and waived our overnight parking fees.

Cozy rooms with a good view for fireworks. A bit outdated but the beds were comfy and coffee was surprisingly good for being hotel coffee. Would happily stay here again. I’ve machine was out a couple times but that is expected being across the street from Disneyland. About a 20 minute walk to get to the front gates of the park through security (with a couple strollers) and 15 to get back to our room. (Building with rooms in 100’s)
