The airport shuttle was efficient, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had some hairs in it but the room was fine, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The hotel is outdated. The room was not clean. The carpet and the curtains are so old and dirty that need replacement. The front desk lady was not helpful. She is outright arrogant. The hotel has no blankets. The bed has one sheet with a bed cover. Good things are the hotel offers 24/7 airport shuttle and the driver was very courteous. He is also the maintenance guy who helped us to adjust the thermostat and bought us two extra bed covers.
