The staff was friendly, but I witnessed a yelling match of drama between two employees around the front counter. We only got two towels initially. I asked for more towels on three separate occasions and never got any. I was given hand towels and that’s what we had to dry our bodies with. I was told they had a towel shortage. The room and hotel are definitely dated and dirty with stains, wall splatters, uncomfortable bed with the head of the bed lower than the foot, dried food matter on the tv remote. But the staff was friendly.

This used to be a great fair priced hotel. Lately the cleaning is lacking. My small yorky got hold of a pill the house keeping failed to vacuum up, and cost me nearly a thousand in emergency vet bills for opioid overdose. When we told the front desk what happened they said they would talk to the general manager. We never heard anything back. The poor house keeping nearly killed my dog. What if it had been a crawling baby.

We reserved this hotel for the pool. The pool was freezing cold and even the room it was in was quite chilly. The whole property smells like old smoke. We have a family of 5 and the property is advertised as holding 5, but their isnt room for 5 nor a couch of any sort for a 5th person unless the 5th is a toddler or smaller.The entrance has some very nice taxidermy. The shower was hot, but we will not be back.

Cold room
The room had clean sheets but there was a an odor in the room. Also, the room never did heat up enough for me to fall asleep. It was a baseboard heater and the hotel could keep the rooms warm for customers but I turned on the heater but was so cold that I spent my time in the lobby until it was time to leave for my morning flight. I spoke to the attendant he offered to switch rooms but I was then told it takes a long time for the rooms to heat up. With that knowledge the attendants that work at the hotel could just keep the temp up a bit in the room rather than leaving g it cold until a customer turns up the heat. The staff was nice and their service but I will never stay there again for not being able to be warm and sleep.
