Very professional staff. They even arranged transportation to the airport with a wonderful service I am wheelchair bound amd the accessable room was wonderful! Very happy with this Alaska hotel. 1st time in Alaska!

Very convenient for to and from airport with their regularly departing shuttle. Less than 40 minutes from hotel shuttle departure to our gate at Ted Stevens Intl.

The front desk gal was very proactive when we reported on our way out to dinner that the AC didn't work. When she changed our room she personally inspected the room to ensure everything was in order. Kudos!
