Private peaceful home with a twin room for rent

PLEASE NO LOCALS FROM THE ANCHORAGE AREAS.
This is a private townhome with a room for rent & your own bathroom to use, not en suite though. It comes with 2 comfortable twin beds, tv, a chair & small desk. There is parking available in the driveway. The room is on the 2nd floor. Coffee & an assortment of drinks are available. The home is located in a nice relatively quiet safe location with quick access to a green belt & creek. Only a few miles from downtown & quick access to all sorts of sightseeing in the city & mtns.
The space
There are towels in the bedroom & other toiletries in the drawers of the bathroom.
Guest access
Convenient walk to a bus stop & only 10 minute drive to the airport. Theres plenty of room in the driveway to park on the left hand side.

I do live here so you will see me on occasion & when you do feel free to talk with me & ask any questions.

The property owner is accommodating and very clean and polite. The pictures in the twin bedroom are inspirational. I appreciate recognition of the armed services. Good place to stay, friendly and informed host
The host was very nice and well informed of multitudes of local areas, him having visited many and had informational brochures for trip planning. The room in the home was clean and comfy, with a coffee machine for mornings. The bathroom is also kept squeaky clean with a very good shower. The location is convenient for visiting local restaurants and is close to the airport.
