Staying at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort was a highlight for me, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Philippines!
The pool was great, the rooms were very comfortable, and the food was delicious! My favorite aspect of the hotel was interacting with the staff. Everyone greets you with warm smiles and exceptional courtesy. I failed to get everyone's name, however, there were some that I did get as they were key in making my trip amazing!
Ms. Jeny from Housekeeping was one person that helped make the stay a welcoming one! Every time you saw her, she made sure you were alright. There was also Grace, Chris, Jeff, and Micah who always greeted you and ensured the rooms were always clean! Aron from the Concierge Team was always helpful and answered every question I had about the hotel and the surrounding area. This was especially helpful as he answered my questions about local transportation which I used nearly every day! Cheska from the Coffee Cart near the front was very pleasant to talk to and gave me wonderful suggestions on the deserts to try. Every single recommendation was as good or better than the last! The Treat Bar staff were always fun and security around the hotel were always eager to greet you and ensured a seamless transition into the building! There are many others that I would love to recognize, but I honestly believe that any visitor that meets any of people working here will not be disappointed with the interactions.
