The property is in a very undesirable area. Extreme noise from the highway, Smokers all around. TV did not work. Internet did not work and no staff to answer an questions. I was travelling with my two young daughters and they were freaked out by the place. I didn't want to leave them alone in the room while I went to the car or in search of staff. Bathroom light flickered like a horror movie, My kid couldn't sleep thinking about it. No one answered the phone at the desk, or was behind the desk ever outside of check in. Liquor store and bar create unsafe environment. Absolute bare minimum on the "Breakfast" For $165 I thought I was travelling in a developing country. The owners of this franchise really need to step up their game. There is no reason for this brand to be in such a state of disrepair. When all of our dollars are so stretched these days. We all should be offering proper value for our money.

The fellow at the desk was very short with customers and seemed very stressed. Our room smelled musty. There was so much dust around an electrical plug that we cleaned it because we were concerned about fire hazard Breakfast was a huge disappointment. We got there half an hour before closing, there was no milk left. There was only two slices of bread. We asked for more bread which was brought, and when we asked for more milk, the employee had to go to the store next-door to buy it. She seemed quite put out to have to do that.

this was the second time staying here,only because it's dog friendly. The area around the property was dirty,cigarette butts,fast food wrappers,generally unkempt. the beds were comfortable enough,the room was clean. breakfast was not very good at all. Staff wasn't helpful , no sugar for coffee, no juice in the machine. they should do better.

It was a quick place to sleep which was all we needed, but it’s very outdated, and they were out of everything for their continental breakfast. Staff was friendly though
