The front desk was very rude and he did not want to check us in at first then he charged us more than what we paid on expedia . The apartment was not very clean and they did not give us enough blankets and pillows and once we were inside the room he wanted to move us to another apartment to give our apartment to another family maybe they paid him more? I don't know. But our stay was very bad and we will not go there again

The best choice for a med to big size family!
We loved it. The people at the reception did their best to make us feel at home. It is nice, clean. There is some room for improvement but it worked wonderfully for us. I would definitely stay here again if I travel with family.

not recommended for families and long stay
Stayed in this hotel for the first part of reservation for 5 nights. First night we arrived after midnight, in spite of contacting motel/Apt in advance to inform them of our later check in, there was no one to be found and nobody replied our request. Had to pay another fee for that night in different hotel. Owner never accommodated for that night. Owner also, asked us to pay cash for the extension if we had to stay longer. in Reservation 5 Euro per stay was for heating fee where we got charged per day. Housekeeping: During our previous reservation and the extension (in 2 week) we only had 2 times housekeeper coming to our room where she didn't even clean anything. just a vacuum and mop. Rooms: beds and chair were in broken condition and it was not fixed. very uncomfortable and disappointing. Kitchen: we had only 1 knife, 3 forks and spoons. 3 little glasses. disgustingly dirty and old. Construction was happening pretty much everyday. We found out at the end, this money wasn't worth for the similar services and condition in this type of place. felt we got ripped. will never go back there and wouldn't recommend to any one unless you have absolutely to other choice.

Gerçekten oldukça güvenilir, temiz ve konforlu bir yer. Hizmetten de güleryüzden de çok memnun kaldık. Giderken çok çekincelerimiz vardı ama boşuna endişe etmişiz. Oldukça güzel bir daire.

Unterkunft schmutzig, Möbel sehr alt und stinken, bei der Buchung wurden andere Fotos gezeigt, wir haben 8 Nächte gebucht und bezahlt aber nach 2 Tagen die Unterkunft verlassen da wir andere Unterkunft suchen mussten

We were totally 6 people and all of us liked this place. Everything was pretty good, especially price&comfort balance was great. Buy taxi 5-10 minutes all centers. I recommend this apart to everyone. When i will come to Ankara again it will be my first option to stay. Thanks for everything.

Not good apartment
The apartment is old and dirty smelling of bathroom smell, the doors of the balcony do not close and are located on the underground floor,The furniture is dirty and old, there is no name of the apartment on the building, but it belongs to the real estate office. The owner of the apartment is nervous and uncooperative, but those who work with him are very satisfied. I would not recommend this apartment ...
