Easy to park and access Hilton Belfast. Staff were friendly and our rooms were spacious. Dinner in the restaurant was nice and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice of food and drinks
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If I have one minor grumble it would be that the cheap toilet paper stood out against all the other quality offerings.
All the staff were great and they really look after their guests. The nearby St George’s market was recommended and was a great way to spend a couple of hours
Great hotel in center of Belfast. Close to everywhere and if you get corner suite like we did . You get nice view of the river . Great breakfast and nice bar. Can't go wrong at all staying here
Hotel is very close to St George’s market which is great for Friday - Sunday brunches. Not too far from city center so everything was convenient.
Upon arrival we found some hair on carpet and called front desk to send someone. Housekeeping came to hover but hair was still there. We were to give up but since they sent me a WhatsApp message to check on us, I explained the situation and soon they sent the housekeeping supervisor. And they brought slippers! I was impressed by the proactivity.
Toilet rolls are very thin and needed to remind them to replace emptied bottle of conditioner so was disappointed, would expect higher standards from Hilton.
We watched Euro finals at the no. 4 Bar, ordered a platter shortly after the kickoff and were warned service would be 30 mins. Nothing came after 60 minutes so we chased it up. We saw platters gone to another table twice but were sent back, 10 minutes later it arrived on our table. I asked the waiter if it was the one sent to the wrong table and he assured it’s freshly cooked. Disappointingly the food was cold. We complained so a waitress took the food back. Another waiter (I think his name is Luke) came to understand the situation and followed up for us so 10 mins later we had hot food! We were disappointed with the Bar but Luke was definitely a great asset to your hotel!
Overall, staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. Recommend to anyone would like to stay in Belfast.
