The pool was dirty and uninhabitable as well as the hot tub and the shower head handicapped was broke. The maintenance young man came to fix the shower head but we still couldn’t use it.The customer service was excellent. For the money we spent the breakfast should have been free and my husband and I was unhappy about the hotel!!!

We had a very pleasant stay. We arrived an hour before check-in and our room wasn’t ready. It was convenient to walk across the street to the mall and when we came back we found they upgraded our room which was a nice surprise. Room and hotel were very clean.

Property was clean and the room and bed were comfortable. Beds a little hard for my personal preference but plenty of room. Shame that breakfast was extra but there is a mall opposite that you can walk to with plenty of food places to eat all day and evenings. Staff friendly and helpful.

I hope this hotel will find a better way of collecting their vouchers upon entering the dining area. When I first entered I looked for someone at the entrance to collect the voucher. The only staff I saw was a gentleman who looked like he may have been tending to the bar area. So I walked over where the plates and buffet area are picked up a plate and utensils. The gentleman from the bar magically appeared behind me and then asked for my voucher. I told him yes I have it but now trying to juggle the plate and utenils I had in my hand while opening my purse to pull out the voucher. I did not have a place to set the plate without setting it back on the stack of plates I just picked it up from. The gentleman stood in the way of the aisle of the buffet until I handed him the voucher. After this exchange I sat down to eat and saw someone across from me having put their plate down with food on it and then being asked if they had their voucher. It just left me with a feeling of this being a very awkward way of colleting the vouchers. Otherwise my stay was pleasant.
