Hotel is awesome but the noise is too much!
I decided to give this hotel a second chance since I love its location and everything from the hotel but the noise is insane. The first time I stayed, kids were running up and down the hallway and knocking on doors and laughing at 6am. Then room service kept on hitting the vacuum on the walls and doors early in the morning as well and we couldn't rest. I decided to give it a second chance and again there was way too much noise. I don't know if its just really bad luck but again people talking very loud, knocking on doors early morning. I like this hotel but the noise is a bit much.

The room had the necessary amenities and was clean. The lobby and food area were clean and inviting, and the staff were friendly. The food was okay; I definitely would dine out before eating there again. The bartender did not know how to make a martini. The shopping opportunity is perfect.
