Thank goodness they stopped charging for parking. That was crazy. Breakfast is okay. Lobby ceiling needs some repair. There are cracks in the corners and some water dripped on me.
An excellent choice for a handicap accessible room. The shower is a roll-in and the room has plenty of space. Friendly staff, clean, and comfortable. We have stayed there many times.
We weren't ready for housekeeping when they came but assumed they would come back, but they never did so never replenished supplies - towels, cup and drinking paper cups, coffee cups.
There was a refrigerator truck outside our window that was making load noise. It would run for 15 min then shut down. It was annoying. I called downstairs to the front desk and asked them to see if they could have the truck moved. I was told they would look into it. This was all around 10:30pm. Nothing was done so I called again as we could not sleep with the noise. I was told they would find out if it was a person staying at the property. So we waited. An hour later nothing changed. Again I called downstairs and was told it was someone staying at the hotel but that they would not ask them to move the truck. I explained, if they do not have them move the truck then I would be calling the police. Well, they did not move the truck. I called the police and they did NOTHING. Now it is 1:00am and I called the front desk and the girl told me she knew nothing about this. I was not happy. So at 1:30am we moved to another room. Except for the last girl we spoke to, the front desk did nothing. I will NEVER STAY AT HILTON AGAIN!!
Reservation was made months in advance. First verbal interaction with booking agent was that I was part of the United States Naval Academy class of 1974 50th Reunion, and was to book under that special group rate. I was not given that rate and charged $314,00 per night that weekend ! No adjustment and no compensation. Highly dissatisfied. Even at that rate, our room was not serviced for two days. No new towels or linens, no trash emptied, and no wiping of surfaces or restocking of snack and drinks !

The Property was just average and not necessarily inexpensive @ $235 per night.
Our air conditioner was not cooling and we called it in and nobody came and nothing was done and front desk was no help at all. Checked out and was expecting a discount or something but not a good experience there.
