The beds were terrible. They need new mattresses on the beds. When we arrived the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The hotel is nonsmoking. We had to move to a different room, because of the smell from the cigarettes.
The online view of the red roof is very different to when you actually in your room.
Both the rooms we were on had a horrible smell.
The bedding of the second room wasn’t clean
We were disappointed
I had my dog with me, and was very concerned about the yellow flags all around the properties that said the area had been treated with pestisides!!!!! Also, the whole place seemed a little run down, but was clean. Was also disappointed that the "continental breakfast" was only coffee or tea ... not even toast or a bagel??!!!
I was looking for no frills, and I got pretty much what I expected. I was surprised at the lack of beverages though. They only had one machine and it only had soda for sale. If you want anything else, be sure to bring it with you! Also, the hand soap dispenser was empty, but not a huge deal.

Television did not work. No electric for medical devices.
It is a little bit far from the downtown doctor need a car or Uber for transportation and it take around 10-15 minutes to arrive; however, it is very friendly place to stay. Also, there is shopping area in a 10 minute walking distance if you need to buy something.

It was clean. The room had adequate bathroom facilities and bed. The hallways were very dark. The entire property was very run down. The lobby area was small and uninviting. It was okay for a 2-day stay. We will not be staying there again.
Room 283 - fire alarm and vents closed. There was terrible noise and arguing in the room and hallway on night/early morning of 5/15-16AM. Disturbed our sleep and we also worried about our safety.
