Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast selection with very nice scrambled egg! Good location - walkable into old town of Annecy. Great band on Friday evening.

Extremely rude staff member at check in. I had organised valet parking before arrival only to be told that their car park was full!!!!! Rooms EXTREMELY SMALL. Bathroom was the size of a powder room.

Good hotel, great location
Biggest upsides of this hotel are that it has a phenomenal location by the lake and an excellent restaurant (great breakfast too). Rooms are clean, a bit small, and very modern. Facilities may be a bit limited for a four star hotel (no gym, for example, but you're probably going to exercise outside anyways).

Simply the best hotel!!!
All staff members are ready to assist guests and are extremely friendly. Both the rooms and the hotel building are elegantly designed and meticulously maintained. It is very close to Annecy Lake and the old town. It is one of the best hotels I've visited, and I highly recommend it.

Great Stay at Le Pelican
This was our first time at this hotel and it was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. Our standard room was great. We highly recommend the on site cafe/bakery. The food was great. Will definitely stay here on future trips to beautiful Annecy.

Great hotel in Annecy
Everything about the hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were extremely and efficient at checkin. The room was very clean and comfortable, and unlike many hotel rooms, the air con worked easily! We ate in the restaurant on onky one night, but the food was very good, and again the staff were brilliant. Breakfast (continental buffet) was very good too, with plenty of choice. In fact we enjiyed the hotel so much we stayed and extra night. The location is perfect for a stay in Annecy, close to the lake and within easy walk of the old town which is very picturesque with lots of good eateries.
