Really like this hotel... But.... The reception staff could be just a little more friendly/ warm, it's not such a chore is it? ... And.... I think it's time for new and improved mattresses

This is beautiful and worth getting a view of the mountains. Well maintained, lovely and relaxing. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was beautiful. They are very helpful, and offered to store luggage all day while I walked around the town. They helped me find some places to go and were very kind. I would highly recommend, and accommodates both luxury and hiking travelers.

Friendly staff. I left my luggage for two nights while hiking and it was waiting for me in my room (same room) when I checked back in. Just one example of their quality service. I would recommend and stay again if I return to the area.

Perfect!
I was very happy with my room, amenities, bar, breakfast and swimming pool. Spritz included a plate with Wasabi peas, crackers and olives, a nice touch. Enjoyed Bolzano and when I return will check here first for accommodations.

The hotel is in a fabulous area in the old town. So close to restaurants and shopping. The staff were lovely and we really enjoyed our time in the area. Our room was very clean and spacious and we had a great view towards the hills. We had a car and were glad that we were able to pre-book parking - this made a big difference to us. Very happy with the hotel and would definitely stay here again.
