This resort was safe, lovely and amazing beautiful indeed. But I have a bad experience because my husband was got injury of his head when we join the sunset cruise. Captain drove fast to the shore and the resort manager was waiting for us and took us to the town hospital immediately. He got a lots of bleeding and need sutures for his head. After that, Dr .had to transfer him to the main hospital to take a x-ray and made sure everything was ok. Sherman (resort manager) was stayed with us all the time and even kept talking to my husband on the way back. In the mean time, I didn’t have any cash on my hand and Sherman took care of any charge for the hospital cost. So I want to thank you Sherman so much and help us to get through the difficult times. Also I want to thank you our butler too, he got the medication to my husband on the next day and sent the nurse to take care of my husband every morning. We were very appreciated what you did it for us. So I am highly recommended this resort, staff was friendly and helpful, place was safe and just like a paradise.

My wife and I had the opportunity to celebrate our anniversary at this hotel. Upon our arrival, everything was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience, which led us to extend our stay. However, the only available options were upgraded units, which unfortunately turned out to be worse than our previous room. The room had visible cracks and was infested with ants. After moving to the new room, we also sensed a change in the attitude of the staff, who appeared to be displeased with us for requesting assistance from a different location. We had a fantastic experience in Room 306 and feel it’s unfair to have paid more for a downgraded room with no view or privacy. This was meant to be a special week for my wife and me. The one aspect we consistently enjoyed was the food.

Sugar Beach is ‘heaven of earth’. Beyond achieving its luxury status on all accounts what makes Sugar Beach stand out to me was its astonishingly beautiful location and beach nestled between the Pitons, and without any exceptions, the most welcoming, professional and attentive staff, led from the front by the senior management team who were all ever present to ensure the most exceptional customer service. We are rebooking for next year already.

Exceptional location and property. Photos do not do it justice. The beach is beautiful and perfect for swimming and snorkelling, it gets deep quickly so may not be the best for families or people who can’t swim. Staff were all lovely and attentive. We stayed in a beach bungalow which exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend this hotel.

There was absolutely nothing my husband and I didn’t love above about Sugar Beach. The entire staff not only anticipated our needs but fulfilled all our wants and desires. Dining options and the exquisite, delicious and decadent foods made it impossible to "stick to the diet." Everything is freshly prepared and always with a smile. We were there to celebrate our 10th Wedding anniversary and staff made sure it was memorable and special. Shia, Richanna, Winnie, Lawrencia, Clotee, Ames, Damius, Liam, Danny, Kandy, Moses, Yan and so many other enployees, staff and workers were absolute rockstar professionals to us who love their work at the resort. We will only stay at Sugar Beach when in St. Lucia! This highly trained staff know exactly how to make you feel like a VIP. It's a 10-star review and resort.

very nice resort , ocean front room was excellent, staff very friendly, disappointed in resort fees at restaurant at billing added considerable amount to final bill and cost of room service ,example 7 (seven) saute shrimp no sides $60 , also pool was drained and closed for repairs , felt like some kind of compensation was in order for no available pool

The surrounding areas are beautiful since hotel is located between the two mountains, beach is Cristal clear and beautiful color, the breakfast buffet is very nice and the Cane bar restaurant is delicious and excellent services. Staff is ok not the most courteous/friendly one but adécuate (except for Derby at the Bonte restaurant and all staff at Cane Bar, súper friendly and nice). I was expecting more from this hotel, I’m not disappointed but neither I’m impressed. I will stay here again just for the breathtaking views and the amazing beach.

Very beautiful property. The food is not that great if you are looking for more authentic cuisine you will have to go off the property. I recommend the Becon Restaurant which is not too far maybe 10 minutes if that

The location and the staff made this an amazing trip. I honestly cannot wait to return. The beach bungalow was superb and a huge thank you to Michael and Macrena the butler , Terry the driver and Kingsley and William on the beach for service.
