The hotel is great! Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and well-kept. Air conditioning works like a charm. Great variety at breakfast. The hotel is right next to the Uzun Çarşı, much of which seems to be up and operating again, at least, in some capacity. I would stay here in a second if I come to Antakya again. Thanks again to the great staff for a great stay.

This is an amazing and inspiring place in the midst of a city and a people that have faced so much loss due to the earthquakes of Feb ‘23. Great staff extremely helpful. Nice breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the courtyard is such a restorative place.

Nice Hotel
Very nice hotel in the middle of Uzun Carsi. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast with local food was very good.

Otel tam çarşının içinde . Otopark büyük sorun. Uzakta ve çok dar bir otopark. Ama otel personeli arabayı alıp - getirme konusunda yardımcı oluyor . Bazı odalar kasvetli . O yüzden oda değiştirdik. Daha ferah bir oda ile değiştirdiler. Ama personelin ilgi ve alakası , yardımcı olma istediği, çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı 5 yıldızı hakediyor. Harika bir kahvaltı veriyorlar çesit çok ve hepsi lezzetli. Yardımı ve güler yüzü için Betül Hanıma ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Medeniyetin şehri Hatay’da konaklama yapacağınız en doğru adres kesinlikle Avula otel. Gezilecek yerlere yakınlığı, ulaşımı çok iyi, kahvaltısı da bir o kadar güzel ve yediğiniz herşey lezzetli:) Temizlik müthiş özellikle her sabah avlunun yıkanmasına bizzat şahidim :) benim için çok keyifliydi👍Ayrıca çalışanların ilgisi, güleryüzü ile yardımseverliği ve bizzat Tuğrul Bey’in iş disiplini takdire şayan:) izinli olacağı için arkadaşlarını sıkı sıkı tembihlemesi de çok iyiydi:))👍👍bir hizmet ancak bu kadar güzel ve samimi olabilirdi… Tüm ekibe sonsuz teşekkür ederim, herkesin ellerine yüreğine sağlık.. müthişsiniz❤️❤️ Sayenizde benim için çok keyifli bir tatil oldu.
