The Kiana is situated just one block away from one of the liveliest nightlife streets but it is quite peaceful. It is very close to Hidiirlik Castle which is currently under renovation and will be an amazing historic site when completed. And it is a short walk from the harbor and beach club where you can rent a chair and umbrella. The rooms are newly renovated and beautiful--although it was a tight squeeze to get into the bed in its niche. There is a sweet small courtyard and a gated entrance that is locked at night. Breakfast is offered but not included--there are options around. Service was good.

Pros: Location is excellent to walk to the beach and around old town. The breakfast was delicious Cons : Airport pick up too expensive! Taxi is 550TL and they charge 1500TL! The lobby needs some love and cleaning Room and shower and way too small. You can’t even get wash your hair in the shower without hitting the doors No water provided in the room Room wasn’t cleaned unless we asked and no clean towels added Very loud at night and you can hear the people talk in the room beside …also loud with a bar right in front so bring ear plugs

I recently stayed at this charming hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, Emre at reception was exceptionally helpful, providing some of the best hospitality I’ve ever received. The rooms are beautifully decorated, bright, and inviting. Some even offer stunning ocean views, which add a special touch to the stay. The hotel boasts a lovely terrace at the reception area, perfect for relaxing. Despite being located in a busy area, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Given its popularity, the hotel is often fully booked, so I highly recommend booking in advance to secure your stay. This small hotel truly stands out with its exceptional service and delightful amenities.

Make sure you do not book an economy room. We had booked Standard and were given economy room, recommended for solo and there were 2 of us with luggage. We could barely fit in room, bathroom or sit on toilet. Eventually Emre got us changed the next day to a room fit for a couple.
