This is not a hotel, this is a brothel. This is a disgusting place. I booked this place for 2 weeks in August for my self and a friend, second day in to the booking, the receptionist sexually assaulted my friend and tried raping her. We called the police and he got arrested. The hotel had no shame and checked us out straight away and did not refund the remaining days money. The hotel is dirty disgusting and totally vile. The staff are all rude and dishonest. This is a brothel and nothing more they allow 10 minute room rents for people to come and have S*X and then leave without even cleaning the place. STAY AWAY unless you want to be sexually assaulted or raped. This place is not safe do not book if you have daughters or are a female as they will get sexually assaulted or prayed upon.

照片很漂亮， 但现实很失望， 房间很小有异味、窗户很小而且不通风， 卫生间很小水压力不大，洗澡是不可能， 没有热水只有常温水， 空调吹的有异味，床单没换，房间里没有电话没有开水器。不包含早餐，提供早餐另外收费一人一百里拉儿童也一样，不提供任何旅游信息， 我是在网上预定而付了全款所以咬着牙住了两天。。。 强烈不推荐！ 不要怪我没说

We weren’t really happy about the hotel. The room was not clean, the bed had pieces of hairs and the cover had a lot of red stain. The bathroom is really small that it’s hard to sit on the commode.people were smoking inside the hotel. The corridor lights are always switched off. When you want to go to your room at night after shopping or whatever, you need to switch the phone torch because it’s that’s dark. But the staffs were friendly

Very old building. We were sent to a dirty room from the guests prior. We booked their deluxe superior room which had many issues and the bathroom had plumbing issues and a broken shower. The hotel was understaffed and overbooked which led to poor service for the guests.

Good location
The washroom was smelly and the motion detector in the washroom isn’t working well. You are in the washroom and after a few seconds the lights turns off. Also you can hear everything very clear and in detail what the guest in the next room is doing in his washroom... We asked for an extra blanket and they said that they will bring it, but not one came. The location is good and close to restaurants and shops.

Was not very far from the old city. Around 20 min walk. Very safe and tram is just across the street. So transport to the airport is very easy. Very pleased. Met my expectations.

Please fix the light sensor in room 307
We were staying in room 307 and I have to mention totally unconvenient light in the room and especialy in the bathroom. It was impossible to take a bath staying in the cabin because the movement sensor did not recognise you while you're inside the cabin. Please fix it. guys. Also, too weak WIFI in the room.
