Our first night was terrible there, they gave us a room with two single beds and when i requested a double room they said they were fully booked and i had to wait till the next day. The next day when i went to the reception they said the night shift manager usually says this to everyone and they they dont have a double bed. I had to wait another night and meanwhile they put our two double beds together and said "problem solved." My husband developed severe back pains because of their inconvenience. The next day we were moved to another room with a leaking flush, broken shower head that i had to ask 4 times for them to come and fix, as well as a broken AC, which i had to request on a numerous of occasions for it to be fixed. The worse hotel i have been to, the food was disgusting and tasteless, leading us to go out and eat which led us to pay more. I ask them by the second day i wanted a refund and was happy to book another hotel. The Manager was utterly rude and said thats not our policy and they wont do anything about it. I even mentioned i was gonna give a bad review and he mentioned he doesnt care. The staff no longer cares for the hotel and its easily shown by the way they treat their customers. I ideally want a refund as this was suppose to be a honeymoon for us and i even mentioned this to the hotel staff, yet again they didnt care. I also booked a massage at the hotel which was awful, their shower had a massive cocroach. The place is run down and i want a refund!!!!
