Located in a small private gated community with 24 hours security and access. It has an outdoor area for romantic walks and children to play and run. Easy access to Cerveceria 14, Ciudad Vieja, Antigua, and plenty of convenient stores, church, pharmacy, and bakeries. It's the perfect home for a small family, single professional, or adventurous souls wanting to get away and work in a comfortable setting with reliable internet, and take a 5-minute Uber ride to the center of Antigua. Plenty of available parking spaces inside the condominium. Water never runs out and our home has a water heater, so a hot shower is guaranteed!

Great place to stay.
This is a MUST place to stay at. Everything went well. The place is just amazing. Everyone around and involved with the property were the best. It’s a “Get away” from a busy vacation. I came back to this place everyday after a busy day of vacationing and it felt like home. Was able to relax and recharge for my next adventure. Let’s not forget the views from this location. Hands down the best of the best. The host was amazing, she cares and made sure we had everything we needed. 15 out of 10 for sure.

Love the location! Not too far from Antigua
First the place was everything! It is an indoor/outdoor experience. So bring your mosquito repellent! The view is amazing and is as described. The colonia is safe and there is a security guard on site 24/7. Check in/out process is easy Peezy lemon squeezy! Close by there is a shopping center where you can buy food and the price is reasonable. You are able to see it on the way to the house. Easy transit from Guatemala and you will have cell phone reception all the way. Just make sure your plan provides international calls. WIFI works well! I say book it and you won’t regret it.

Not Very Pleasant Stay
Owner never reached out to introduce the property. We had to figure out ourselves. And when we pointed out some issues, not to complain but to let her know, she got upset telling us we would rather be elsewhere. Only entrance was the garage where it was taken up fully by a vehicle, very little space to squeeze thru with your luggage. No cable TV. Pots, carpets were dirty. Old food left in the fridge. No hot water. Then suddenly her husband texted to say we now have to deal with him, which was so unprofessional. The owner never responded again even after we left.
