Excellent Stay
Hotel casa bella was an excellent stay. Elvis was a phenomenal host! The cleaning staff ensured the room was cleaned well daily. This hotel is in a dated building but the decor allows a modern feel. Would definitely stay again.

Elvis was on the front desk and always really helpful. He gave us tips on what to see and some of the traditions for the amazing Day of the Dead procession which took place while we were here.

Disgusting still good to describe that place, don’t recommend you to stay, there was hair everywhere and the bathroom was dirty and when I say dirty I mean it, they didn’t clean the room for us, used towels, unacceptable, but we got there at 11 pm that’s why they took advantage

The property was great overall, the bathrooms can be cleaned better, the walls were dirty, and there was a ring in the toilet and sink of hard water. The walls can be cleaned and the hard water can be removed with a pumice stone. The sheets were a bit old and worn and the towels although new needed to be washed a few more times before being used by guest as they left a lot of fuzz on your body. These are pretty simple improvements that I'm sure the hotel will do. The staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel is one of the most convenient locations in Antigua as it is in walking distance of almost everything you need. If they can clean up a little better in the rooms it is a perfect small hotel to stay at.

Inmejorable localización, cerca de todo lo importante de Antigua. Los empleados son magnificos, Elvis en la recepción y las empleadas de cocina y limpieza hacen un excelente trabajo. Dispuestos a ayudar con todo a cualquier hora. El precio es muy bueno. No hay nada negativo que señalar. Seguramente volveríamos allí. Bien equipado con tv muy moderno y tiene una excelente programación, el aire acondicionado es muy eficiente y silencioso. Agua fría y caliente todo el tiempo. Muy buen desayuno incluido, cama confortable. Para resumir, todo adecuado y limpio.

This hotel is small. 8 rooms total but its super cute and very conveniently located. I would stay here again. LOCATION: This hotel was in a small street thats about 5 minutes (walking) to el Parque Central. Its alway walking distance to the famous Arc, McDonald's, Starbucks and many other places to eat. You can also walk across the street and there is a little store like a mini mart with sodas, juices and snacks. Some other things as well like soap. These little stores are EVERYWHERE! They accept cards. ROOM: We got a room with a queen bed. Honestly to me it was perfect. It has the bathroom, safe, coffee pot, small tablebwith 2 chairs and plenty of outlets to use. PATIO: The patio is tiny. It has 2 small tables and each have 2 chairs. The trash cans are here as well so we gladly threw away our trash every morning to not leave a mess in the room. FRONT DESK: Elvis was great! Speaks english very well and of course spanish. He is bery helpful and when you check in he gives you a map and explains whats aeouns the area. He sends you a msg through WhatsApp so rhay if you need anything, you can send a message. Any time we asked for anything he brought it within minutes! Very professional. He always asked if we needed our room cleaned when we left for the day. LOBBY AREA: The lobby is small. Has some couches and a table with chairs. Also a tiny barbwith bar stools. They also have a few drinks you can buy. When you arrive knock on the door. Dont use the doorbell it doesn't work
