We really enjoyed this place! We had a basic room, and was a little concerned based on some reviews that we werent going to enjoy the room as much as the facilities. The facilities were just as described in previous rooms and we thought the room was great too! Only small thing: we didnt realize there are service charges included in everything, so you dont have to tip.

This hotel is beautiful and the onsite restaurant food delicious. Checking in was a little bit tedious. The staff was not as friendly as I had expected. We also were charged for the water bottle and nobody told us this was going to be the case.

This hotel is in itself an experience. The museums are amazing and the ambiance is excellent. It was hard to go out of this hotel and explore since the hotel is so nice and big with many amenities to explore. I’ll come back to it on a heart beat!

We stayed in one of the less expensive rooms, which perhaps would make my stay very different to someone in a better room. The hotel is extremely luxurious, but our room had hard beds and you had to go out to get water and coffee, while most hotels provide for it in the room. If you pay your room in advance, you must leave a $300 credit frozen on one of your credit cards or leave $200 in cash as some kind of insurance. The hotel as such is super nice, and super fancy, but perhaps not the best in hospitality.
