To be a 4.5 starts hotel the GYM is terrible, also pool area no good. I think could've much better. Also the Buffet closed at 10:30 AM other places closed at 11:00 AM. To be hurry for breakfast was not good.

Stay close to everything
Great hotel to stay at close to everything. The pool is a little small and they were repairing something when we were there so we didn't enjoy it as much as we would have liked. The place is very clean and safe. Eduardo is a great concierge, he is very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable, the best person at the front desk by far!

Great place to stay at, close to the biggest mall. The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful, especially Eduardo was top tier in his helpfulness with us. Really command his customer service, everyone should wish to have his level experience for providing guest service.

Oudated, needs maintenance, pool was in maintenance, no bathrooms on the pool. Also someone important was at the building and had military personnel with high caliber guns, it was awkward and gelt uncomfortable.
