staff was extremely rude and decided after i checked in that they were gonna kick us out an hour later and keep our money

The two ladies at the front desk were nice. There was no shampoo or was rag in the room. I was told the manager had all that locked up. There was an area set up for cereal and other breakfast food but they didn’t put anything out but some coffee. I asked for a non smoking room and it smelled like a chain smoker just left! I used a hand towel and a tiny bar of soap to wash my hair and body with. I would rate it a -5. Terrible
