Stunning Villa located in Andalucian Countryside, Seville / Moron / Arahal

Lovely Spanish villa (reformed to a higher standard in 2011) situated in an idyllic setting, surrounded by stunning countryside, fruit and olive trees. Large private swimming pool (12m X 6m) is fenced off for those with young children. It has an outside bar/play area & Boules pitch, comprising a cooler for drinks storage, pool table and table tennis. Inside the property has air-conditioning and comprises 4 double sized bedrooms, 3 of which contain double beds and one contains 2 single beds. There are 2 well equipped bathrooms. One is an en-suite. The other includes a full size bath. The kitchen contains a large gas cooker with 4 hob cooking, a fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave along with all essential utensils necessary. The water is heated by Solar Power during the warmer months. The large lounge dinner has air-conditioning, leather sofa seating with TV receiving Sky. DVD and CD radio & recently installed Wi-fi connection. The lounge also has a log burning fireplace. The dinning table is large enough for seating up to 8 people. All-in-all a great place to relax and unwind or take a sporting break. There is also a good local tapas/pizza bar within 200 metres. Owners are onsite close for your convenience.

Peaceful stay
We stayed for two weeks in June 2022 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was in a peaceful location, but only 10km to nearest town with supermarkets etc. Everything about the villa was spot on and has an excellent pool and outdoor area. We were able to get the train to Seville and only a couple of hours drive to Malaga, Cordoba and Granada. All communication with Mark was very prompt and thorough. Anyone staying will find a fully equipped villa and opportunity for tranquil and relaxing holiday.

Away from the crowds
The villa is in an idyllic setting yet with towns and supermarkets within 20 mins by car. There is an excellent pool which was definitely welcome with the heat wave we had during our stay. The villa itself is well equipped but a few items could do with an update, e.g toaster, sun loungers, etc which have suffered a bit through wear & tear. Mark was in touch with us before the start of our holiday and helpful throughout. Overall we had a very relaxing holiday and were able to contact Mark if we needed to. We would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to get away from the crowds and get good value for money.

A fabulous relaxing stay at this wonderful 'home from home'.
Mark and Donna met us at the property, and were so friendly and welcoming. The villa was perfect for what we wanted - a chilled out relaxing break. Mark and Donna were easily contactable when we had any questions or queries, and went out of their way to make everything as perfect as possible. The villa was fantastically well equipped - they'd really thought of everything...even stocking the fridge and cupboards with a few essentials for our arrival. The villa was spacious and well-kept. The beds were really comfy with plenty of spare blankets etc. The outside space was perfect for us - especially the table tennis, pool table and bar. The pool was very cold...but this was to be expected in October! We loved having the chickens on site, and enjoyed collecting eggs during our stay. We were a little concerned as we drove through the development to get to the villa, as the area was run down in places, but we felt perfectly safe where the villa was located. The area is extremely rural and as such there was quite a lot of noise from dogs at night, however it wasn't enough to keep us awake as we didn't have any windows open. Unfortunately the closest bar was closed (because of the time of year we visited) so there was nowhere to walk to for a drink/meal. However the 2 local towns were only a 10 minute drive away. Seville was also close enough to visit and we really enjoyed our trips there. In summary, this was one of the most relaxing villas we have ever stayed at. Mark and Donna have done an amazing job, and we would highly recommend staying.

Aangenaam verblijf in omgeving van Sevilla
Goed contact met Mark Tripp, die aanwijzingen gaf voor alles wat we maar vroegen, van supermarkt tot bediening van de oven en het gebruik van de houtkachel (koude avonden in maart). Helaas was het nog te koud om te zwemmen in het mooie zwembad. We hebben genoten van het huis en de tuin, waar je niets dan vogeltjes hoort, echte rust. Verder zijn we naar Sevilla, Cadiz en Moron de la Frontera geweest.

Nos vacances se sont très bien passé La piscine et la climatisation dans la maison ont été très apprécié. Les propriétaires ont été très agréable Petit bémol les coupures d’eau au niveau de la piscine, uniquement, un peu Dommage pour se rincer. Le billard en très mauvais état Un petit manque de finition au niveau de la maison et de la piscine. Ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour.

Super moment en campagne
Nous avons passé un super moment en pleine campagne des champs d’oliviers la mélodie du coq le matin tout simplement magic; la piscine est super grande on en a fait du sport. Non loin de Seville et a 1h30 de Cordoue 2 ville chargée d’histoire et sublime en architecture. L’accueil de Paco et son épouse étaient juste parfait des petits conseils des infos shopping rien a dire 2 belles personne le propriétaire Marc super réactif sur watsap top au nivaux de l’accueil .

Maravillosa semana!
Todo magnífico desde el inicio del alquiler. Mark es súper amable y facilita mucho los trámites. Paco, muy atento y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier duda. La casa perfecta, limpia, bien equipada, funcionando todo correctamente. Ideal para desconectar y descansar. Hemos alquilado muchas casas pero sinceramente esta se encuentra entre las primeras de nuestra lista Hemos procurado cuidarla y mantenerla limpia como si fuera nuestra. Sin dudarlo repetiríamos. Gracias Mark por tu buen hacer y amabilidad. Un diez como anfitrión!

Escaso mantenimiento, limpieza poco profunda, necesita una buena inversión. Y actualizar la descripción, ni jardines, ni girasoles, ni ubicación idílica, ... entorno de la piscina con riesgo de caídas, ... el precio no responde a lo que ofrecen. Poco recomendable.

Todo muy limpio. Los dueños muy amables y serviciales. Zona tranquila, ideal para relajarse. La piscina muy grande. La mesa de ping-pong y el billar un plus para pasar un buen rato. Vacances dans la campagne de Séville
L'équipement de la maison est très bien et conforme à l’annonce. Par contre, attention si vous ne supportez pas la chaleur la climatisation est juste dans la salle donc dans les chambres il fait chaud la nuit surtout en été ou même la nuit la température extérieur est au dessus de 30°c. La Villa est bien localisée pour découvrir l’Andalousie (40 min de Séville, 1h30 de Cordoue, 1H30 de Cadix, 1H30 de Ronda ). Par contre, il vous faudra un véhicule pour profiter de tous les charmes de la vie espagnole car l'urbanisation ou se situe la villa est en plein milieu des champs d'oliviers entre 2 petites villes ou il y a toutes les commodités (supermarché, bar à tapas, restaurant...) Villa conforme à l'annonce sauf pour le cadre idyllique autour de la villa car il y a des maisons très peu entretenue qui donne une mauvaise vue et surtout des chenils avec des chiens et des coqs mais cela le propriétaire n'y ai pour rien. L'accueil lors de notre arrivée a été parfait ainsi que toute la communication avant et pendant notre séjour avec le propriétaire

Agréable villa au calme.
Très belle villa avec tout les commodités nécessaires. Très grande piscine extérieure et ensoleillée. Le cadre est très beau. Proche de de Séville et pratique l’emplacement pour visiter Cordue. Les propriétaires sont très avenants et disponibles. Nous recommandons cette villa à 100%.

Mark est une personne adorable ,très réactif .La location est bien équipée et semblable aux photos .Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Leur aide pour rejoindre la location est parfait depuis l'aéroport jusqu'à la maison .Nous avons bien profité de la piscine .
