90 cm from bed to ceiling.
The photo on the ad on hotels.com does not represent the room. the photo was of a king size bed, but the actual room was a bunk-bed in a capsule. Needless to say i didnt read the ad well enough, but the misrepresenting photo made up for the confusion. Would not recommend to stay here in a capsule.

The room was so small that it couldn’t fit us and our suitcase. We had to change hotels. We lost money. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ONLY WEIGH 100 pounds and have a handbag. There wasn’t even space for a folding chair. What a disaster that almost ruined our trip.

Clean and basic. Shell of a wardrobe had on 2 hangers. Had a power cut for about 30 minutes. Upgraded to a double bed which was great but only had one pillow and a single quilt. No tv or kettle.

Lite men rent og pent rom.Veldig sentralt. Ubetjent hotell. Hilste på en hyggelig rengjøringsdame. Frokost i pose på døren hver morgen. All kommunikasjon med hotellet fungerte bra.

Selvbetjent hotell veldig sentralt ift Arendal sentrum. Rommet var lite men veldig god utnyttelse av plassen. Gratis parkering rett utenfor mellom klokken 18.00 og 08.00, stort parkeringshus i gata ved siden av. Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet 😊

Enkelt hotell i senteum av Arendal. Vi hadde conection-rom så ungene hadde eget eom med 3-etasjes seng. Enkel innsjekk med kode på sms. Enkel frokost i Street food-restauranten under hotellet.

Bruk heller pengene til å kjøpe telt
Jeg hadde et helt forferdelig opphold som varte kun fire timer før jeg måtte kaste inn håndkle og kjøre hjem midt på natten. Det er kjempelytt og man kan høre alt som skjer i rommene rundt. Sengen er også altfor myke og ubehagelig og vanskelige å komme seg inn og ut av. Etter flere forsøk gjort av Hotels for å få ordnet kreditering av oppholdet, måtte jeg selg ringe daglig leder. Makan til mer utrivelig menneske kan jeg ikke huske å ha måtte snakket med. Man bør ha forståelse for at et rombytte ikke er aktuelt når problemet dreier seg hotellets konstruksjon - og ikke nødvendigvis de andre gjestene. Hotell Arendal, fiks rommene først, så kan dere heller få en sjanse til å «løse problemet». Dette måtte jeg selvsagt også være klar over siden jeg valgte ett av de minste rommene, uten at jeg helt forstår hva sammenhengen mellom romstørrelser og støy er. Man hører tross alt, alt som også skjer i gangen. Etter å få slengt i ansiktet at «meg går det ikke an å krangle med» før daglig leder slang på røret, fikk jeg dog refundert oppholdet. Fra koden ble tastet i døren, til bekreftelse om refusjon, har dette på langt vært mitt verste hotellopphold noen sinne. Spar deg kronene og frustrasjonen. Om du må, kjøp heller telt. Hotell Arendal er IKKE verdt det.
