Nice place with kitchen for extended stay.
Full-size, one bedroom apartment in a modern building close to the train station. It’s next to the railroad tracks, but only 2-3 trains came through at night – after the first night we didn’t notice them (stayed there 4 nights). Nice, helpful manager.

OK Aparthotel with free parking near central area
Aparthotel with very clean and spacious rooms and adequate facilities, however air conditioning in main room faulty. Room very hot during night and very noisy given overlooks rail line on approach to Arezzo Station. Free parking and very good location to walk into town. Self catering but with free breakfast and juice/water/coffee in room.

Great Hotel - Good location, Nice staff
Because we were using the trains during our trip (Rome to Arezzo, Arezzo to Florence, etc) this was an ideal location. The other reviewers whole complained about noise gave me pause, but - while the passing trains can be heard - they are short in duration and infrequent at night. The sound is a low rumble (no horns) for a few moments, but not enough to disturb our sleep. Honestly, we have had more disruption from street noise in Paris (people shouting at night, garbage trucks at 5 am, etc)than the sounds here. We rented the 4 person room and found it to be was very spacious and clean, with a separate "master" bedroom, a full bathroom, a reasonable kitchenette (stove/sink/fridge), and twin beds for the kids. The man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Very reasonably priced for what is essentially an apartment rental. This turned out to be a very good choice for us and We would certainly stay here again when next in Arezzo.

Great hotel/bad location
This hotel was such a disappointment. The room itself was great and very clean (more like an apartment). The person at the front desk was very nice and the restaurant on the first floor was extremely convenient and good. The one problem was that the train station is right behind it and the trains run all night. I am a very light sleeper and didn't get a wink of sleep. My boyfriend is a heavy sleeper so he just had some trouble falling asleep and then was ok the rest of the night. So, if you're a light sleeper either bring earplugs or don't stay here.

Overall, I'd rate this a two star experience. The location near the bus and train stations is convenient yet the surrounding area is just so-so. Noise from the adjacent trains is noticeable but wasn't a problem for us. Wifi in this large studio with a full kitchen was reasonable but air conditioning seemed a bit undersized for the size of this suite. The breakfast, packaged biscuits and condiments, was disappointing. On a positive note, we found the management attentive and pleasant. If you're not visiting in the heat of summer and you don't care about breakfast, this place has a lot to offer.

Just passing through - slept well
We did a single night stay transiting through. As other reviews state it is very close to the train line but we had a great night sleep. It is certainly handy to the train station. For the price it suited our needs well.

Second Stay - as good as the first
Second time I stayed at the hotel in a 2 week break and enjoyed the stay as much as the first. Different room but just as clean and well prepared as the first - and the staff were just as attentive and determined to please. Recommend this as a good value hotel.

Good Value and Enjoyable Stay
Location of the hotel perfect for anyone travelling by train and exploring the city. The hotel has small suites rather than rooms and they go out of their way to try to add everything you need - coffee, tea, milk, butter all in the kitchen which also has cooker, fridge and all of the required utensils. The hotel is next to the railway but the noise is not really an issue. There is more noise from the adjoining restaurant than the railway - and that is not too bad. The staff at the hotel probably tried harder than any others I have every come across to make the stay enjoyable and seem to really pride themselves on helping. Good value hotel.

The hotel staff were great and the room was neat, clean and comfortable. The proximity to the train tracks made it a bit loud at night but I would stay there again.

No real complaints
Having read the other reviews, I would agree with nearly all. The hotel is next to the railway track yes, you can hear the trains but it didn't really bother us. We like walking and this property is located on one side of the town, but it is a pleasurable walk. Conveniently this walk passes a very good gelateria that stays open later into the evening also - 'Violetta'! The restaurant downstairs is very popular and we arrived during the lunchtime service meaning that there was temporarily no parking, but this quickly passed. Free parking is a bonus. Breakfast is not quite what it seemed being a 'pack' left in your apartment consisting of packaged croissants, bread and crackers etc plus milk juice, tea/ coffee etc. We weren't that keen on this, but that is just personal preference. Overall we paid a very reasonable rate for our stay and we really can't complain.

Great value
Stayed for four nights and were thoroughly impressed with Le Corniole. It was very much an apartment rather than a room, with a separate bedroom vs kitchen/diner, a modern and well equipped kitchen (we'd been expecting a tiny kitchenette). Everything was spotless. Our room faced out over the train tracks but whilst we heard them occasionally they really didn't bother us - they were no louder than the air conditioning (for example), thanks to the shutters and double glazing. The chap on reception was extremely helpful - we found the locals in Arezzo to be very welcoming, but even by their standards he was excellent. The restaurant downstairs is also worth a mention - absolutely full of locals every day at lunch, which is the best recommendation you can get!

Great place to stay in Arezzo
i had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is close to the station, so with my luggage it wasn't too distant to get to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made several suggestions as to my sightseeing, which all proved to be great. The restaurant IL vesuvio next door attached to the hotel is the best for seafood in Arezzo. I would say, the best seafood dinners I have had in Italia ! All these made up for the fact that the hotel is next to the railway lines. But with the price, the service, the friendliness and the restaurant, it's well worth it, rather than have to drag my luggage uphill to the centro storico.

Arezzo - very convenient and good place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay here. There were three of us, and we were given a 2-bedroom apartment. There were provisions - juice, packaged pastry and cookies, coffee and tea, plus dishes and a full kitchen. As others noted, it IS right at the train tracks, but the trains didn't seem to run late into the night, and didn't wake us in the morning, either. All in all, this was a great place to stay - near the center of town, walking distance to great restaurants, and very helpful and nice staff.

Perfetto per visitare Arezzo
Il Residence è subito fuori le mura della città storica, ha un parcheggio gratuito per i clienti. È comodissimo per lasciare l’auto e visitare la città a piedi. Il personale è disponibile e di una squisita gentilezza. L’appartamento è generoso come metratura, letti mediamente comodi, climattIzzatori un entrambe le camere, i treni si sentono ma non disturbano. Assolutamente consigliato!!
