"Decked Out" - 80ft from house to water, gorgeous view, near Duncan Bridge

A getaway with family and friends to Decked Out on Smith lake will not be a long drive from anywhere. We are conveniently located between Arley and Duncan Bridge Marina on main channel close to all things to make this a fun and enjoyable trip.

Our house sleeps 16 people, upstairs offers 3 bedrooms & 1 bath, main level has on suite Master and a 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining , living and laundry, downstairs offers 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 full bath, game room has pool table, pingpong, foosball and other games besides a great movie-watching area, microwave and fridge are provided for your convenience.
Our 3 level decks offer many areas for seating , you can cook on the grill out side chatting with friends while enjoying the gorgeous view of Bankhead National Forest across the lake.

Feel free to bring your own boat and pwc because our boat lift, JetSki ports plus paddle boats are there for you to use. boat rentals can also be found at near by marina. you need to use Duncan Bridge Marina to lunch boat during the months of Nov. to Jan. due to low water level around the dock.

Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A kitchenette is outfitted with a stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected.

An absolutely beautiful and pet place to stay. Of all the places we have stayed this one was the most well stocked of all. The kitchen was as stocked as mine from home with all the extras like foil, Salt/pepper, coffee filters and even a high chair. All bathrooms had tons of towels and extra toilet paper 😃. We are already talking about returning 💛

Family Lake Weekend
We took our grown kids and grandkids for the weekend. Even though it rained the entire weekend and we weren’t able to be on the water, it was absolutely a beautiful place and we had a great time. Plenty of room for a big family.

Couldn’t be better
We’ve stayed in five properties on Smith Lake. This is our family’s unanimous best. On a super nice part of the lake- tucked back just enough and an all natural shoreline across the lake- no houses or docks. The house is fully equipped; there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. The decks are fantastic. We love the double decker dock and all the “toys” provided, both in the house and for the water. Just a wonderful five-star experience! We’ll be back next summer for sure! A great place!

So far the best
This is the fourth house we have rented for our group of 11. It’s the first one that everyone said we want to come back here. Clean, good condition, layout allows separation, well stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils. Kids loved the double deck boat house for jumping in the lake.

My family of 16 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Decked Out. Home was very accommodating for our large group. Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Short walk to lake. Boat launch at the home was so convenient. Game room kept everyone well entertained when we weren’t on the water. Lake view was amazing. We made s’mores at the fire pit our last night. We are already discussing returning next year and will definitely book again at Decked Out. I highly recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to Smith Lake.

Couldn’t have been better!
Fantastic place for our family of 16. Loved the decks(!) and view, proximity to the lake, the double decker dock, ALL the “toys” inside and out, and the more than well stocked kitchen. Plenty of refrigerator space for our three day stay. We really appreciated the basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, oil, etc. The teens (and we adults) especially loved the pool and ping pong tables, AND the Lilypad float and paddle boards. Proximity to the town, Arley, is also a plus. Bring your own beach chairs, though- there are only two chaises on the dock. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Our kids and grandkids all voted overwhelmingly to come back to Decked Out again.

Senior graduation
I took my granddaughter and 8 of her closest friends for a weekend trip at the lake. I did the same last year for my grandson and we stayed at the same place. Host is wonderful and the house if fantastic. Lots of kitchen accessories, coffeemakers, pots & pans. It was the best time and the host is very responsive. Beautiful house and decks and a great dock for the boat. Can't say enough great things about this place. Will continue to come here for family times.

My friends and I have been getting together once a year for several years now. This property was perfect for us. Great house with lots of room and plenty of beds. It was awesome to get to hang out on the deck, boat around the lake - able to launch the boat right from the property and use the dock each day. Plenty of activities in the house to keep us entertained and the host was excellent to work with - I would recommend this location to groups of people wanting to relax and have a good time catching up for a few days.

We had a great time at Decked Out! We are a large family of 16 meeting up from several different states and choose to stay at this beautiful property! There was plenty of sleeping and parking space for everyone! We really enjoyed the beautiful views, the very well equip kitchen, and the game room!
