Even though we visited during the cold weather, there was plenty to do and everyone loved our visit!!!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the house and dock a lot. Luckily I am a planner and brought everything under the sun because there were not a lot of extra supplies (such as dishwasher pods & tp) and there were no seasonings you could use. Some places have at least some basics but this did not. We have stayed at many places and I just bring whatever I think I will need. The Publix in Cullman does deliver which surprised me. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. The setting was beautiful and quiet.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Coffee on the porch to start our days, and then relaxing by the firepit to cap it off. My kids loved playing on the dock and rocks along the shore. They could have spent a whole week down there. My one criticism is the lighting in the living room / kitchen is lacking. It seemed dark in there, even in the middle of the day with all the windows. Other than that, it was great!

This is a lovely property with an excellent cozy cottage feel. There was much thought put into the construction details, including the flooring, kitchen cabinets, and picture windows that provides great views of the water from the living room and master bedroom. It feels so comfortable to just relax on the couch and enjoy the views while sipping coffee. There is an abundance of amenities for staying in to prepare your own meals, including an outdoor grill and outdoor seating. The location is very convenient to the wilderness, which was our main attraction to the area. We loved hiking the Sipsey Wilderness and highly recommend it. If you are looking for a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors, including the water, this is an excellent place. We would definitely want to return again and again.

This is our 4th trip to this property and it is perfect every time. They thought of everything! We can't wait until next year!
