Refreshing smiles

We were late arriving and very tired. The young man at the front deck was very professional, greeting us with a smile and quick to accommodate. The rooms were very clean and well set up. Early the next morning I called the front dessert with questions. The young lady working was very helpful and went above and beyond to answer my questions promptly; when checking out she was also very sweet and smiling. I wish I got their names. Those two were so refreshing to interact with when doing business. They are definitely keepers and would be worthy of raises and promotions. Thank you so much. When traveling through town again, we will definitely be staying.

Don’t stay in a room facing the freeway

Asked for a quiet room when booking they put me in a room facing the freeway very loud and woke me up at 6am streaming didn’t work

The staff and facilities were great here. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. Decent breakfast in the mornings and always options for snacks. The bar was great with such a wonderful bartender. Too bad they wouldn’t let her work thanksgiving like she wanted because there were several disappointed people who would have loved to unwind at the hotel bar. Apparently the hotel manager refused to let her work because of holiday pay.

Our oasis

We had checked out of a terrible hotel and were able to find this one. And it was AWESOME. Tianly (apologies if I am misspelling) at the front desk was absolutely fantastic and immediately made us feel better as we checked in. 10/10
