The hotel located in heart of lalile shopping ares. Close to VES. Metro. Brakefast excelant and the staff very friendly especialy the reception staff. I will reserve in this hotel when i vist istanbul.

Bad experience since the time I entered the hotel. Manager don't know how to greet customer and way of talking very weird. Room was really out dated ,bedsheets torn,fridge not working, bathroom tapes not working properly, towels were worn out, dirty and discoloured. Breakfast no good and just little variety. Never recommend anyone.

Lage ist gut. Zimmer erste zwei Tage nur mit Ventilator (Klima defekt), keine andere freie Zimmer, nur ein Zimmer auf dem Dach neben den Restaurant. Kühlschrank sehr schmüzig und defekt. Kein Safe im Zimmer, ich werde diese Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.
