Booked a 2 bedroom suite 2 months prior and when i went to check in all they had was a king room. They were supposed to swap rooms the next day but never did and when expedia reached out to them the manager was never there.

Nice large room, but no elevators
The lobby and check in was average. I was disappointed to learn that the type of room that we reserved (2 bedroom suite) was not available when we checked in. However, we were given 2 separate rooms instead without additional charge. The rooms were VERY spacious and comfortable. On the negative side, there were just enough towels, for 2, but the room can sleep 4+. The biggest concern that other travelers may have is that there is no elevator. We had to carry all our luggage up the staircase to the second floor. If were in the area again, I may stay here again, but I would also check other options first. The room itself was really nice for the price and the breakfast was good too.

BEDS WERE SUPER COMFY!!!!! This was our saving grace! AND the fact that we stayed in a 2 BEDROOM UNIT was the main reason we chose this location and to stay after all the hassle (keep reading...) Didn't realize no elevators - first night in 2nd floor room, then they let us change to 1st floor accessible room 2nd night, but that room needed lots of work in bathroom and kitchen. Then the fire alarms went off in whole facility due to contract worker error and all got turned off except for accessible rooms. Fortunately, we moved next door, although this was now the 3rd room in 3 days. All the staff were exceptionally kind and understanding and they even credited us back one night for all the inconvenience. Each kitchen had similar items, but some missing pieces. Kitchenware was a bit dirty, especially silverware. I suggest running everything in the dishwasher upon arrival. Breakfast was decent.

Average conditions, the rooms weren't checked to ensure it was clean prior to arrival. Bedsheets was dirty. Entrance to the suites was dirty with cobwebs. Pots and pans were very old with terrible scuff marks.

Embarrassing!!! We stayed here for our wedding weekend. If we could have left we would have BUT we had our cake reception in our suite and the address was on our invitations!!! My bathroom had what looked like vomit behind the toilet on the wall,the toilet had stains in the bowl, the baseboards look like they hadn't been cleaned in months! My maid of honor went to sleep in her room,she.pulled back the sheets and there was mice poop! Behind her bathroom door looked like they tried to cover a big mold spot but failed,again dirty baseboards! In the living room the vents looked so dirty one of my guest pointed it out! The phone in the room didnt work. When either one of us took a shower, the water backed up so bad that we would be ankle deep by the time we ended our shower with water. I had wanted to take a long bubble bath the night before my wedding BUT the shower/tub floor had peeling so bad theres no way it would have been comfortable. And finally the night before my wedding the people in the suite across from us were having a drunk party,it was11:47 at night, i called the front desk,was told no night manager, the front desk girl said she would TRY to call them!! Even though i had complained about the accommodations to the same girl,upon checking out there was no mention of the conversations i had with her let alone an apology or any type of compensation.
