I had no keys to enter the room I booked, they have to come and open the door for me each time I am coming in because the locks are broken, this hotel doesn’t have a shower fall in their private suite I booked, I have to open the water to fill the bucket in their bathtub and using a little plastic to paw water on my body. Poor management.

Front desk and entire staffs were very friendly, rooms service was good,clean and comforting environment.Bathroom needs a little bit upkeep though clean , but few things needs fixing like shower heads etc.
