Beautiful hotel with great breakfast & staff
Really beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet (I only had breakfast booked but it was also no problem to have dinner with a friend there that did not stay at the hotel)! The staff was super friendly and forthcoming and the sauna and pool was very nice! Rooms were beautiful and very modern! Really loved it there and would book again anytime

Insgesamt schönes Hotel in guter Lage für verschiedene Wanderungen im Zillertal. Der einmal pro Woche stattfindende Grillabend mit einer großen Auswahl an verschiedenen Grillspezialitäten hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Nicht optimal ist leider die Parksituation. Eine Parkgebühr von 8 EUR für einen Parkplatz auf einer Schotterfläche ein Stück oberhalb des Hotels finden wir nicht ganz gerechtfertigt.

Restaurant: • Leider könnten sie uns keinen neuen Tisch geben, da es so gezogen hat. Das Argument war, dass sie voll ausgebucht sind, obwohl nicht alle Plätze besetzt waren. • Wollten zum Frühstück extra Schlagsahne für einen heißen Kakao. Wurde von der Kellnerin gleich dominant abgelehnt auch bei nochmaligen nachfragen. Sie ist nicht mal in Küche gegangen um nachzufragen ob es möglich ist. • zum Frühstück ein Omelett mit Pilzen bestellt & drei Spiegeleier. Gekommen ist ein Schinken Omelett & 2 Spiegeleier. Allgemein: • Überall sehr viele tote Fliegen, vor allem auch im Wellness Bereich und direkt in der Sauna.

Schönes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotenzial (Pools sehr kalt, Personal wird mehrmals täglich von der Chefin für die Gäste hörbar zusammengeschissen, Sauberkeit im Bad). Mochte, dass es modern ist und Preis-Leistung war gut (ca 180 € für Vollpension).

Vegane Auswahl am Buffet und als Auswahl beim Abendmenü, Kompliment an die Küche! eine Joghurtalternative wäre top! Leider war die Zimmerreinigung eher schleißig, Staub und Schmutz unter dem Bett und in den Kästen! Keine Klimaanlage, starker Abflußgeruch im Bad! Gemeldet, anscheinend nicht behebbar, es hat sich keiner dem Problem angenommen! Diffuse Zimmerbeleuchtung!

Das Hotel ist super schön ruhig gelegen und hat eine moderne aber doch wohnliche Einrichtung. Der Parkplatz wird zugewiesen und befindet sich entweder in der Tiefgarage oder auf einem Schotterparkplatz hinter dem Hotel am Hügel. Der Wellnessbereich ist für die Größe des Hotels etwas klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nach dem Wandern völlig ausreichend. Es gibt eine Auswahl aus unterschiedlichen Saunen und einen Innenpool. Der Außenpool war zu unserer Besuchszeit in Bau. Wir hatten einen super Ausblick auf die Berge von unserem Zimmer aus. Das Zimmer war stets sauber und die Betten sehr angenehm. Wir hatten am Anreisetag einen Tisch für Abendessen und Frühstück zugewiesen bekommen. Das Personal ansich ist sehr freundlich, aber ab und an kommen bei den Kellnern Sprachbarrieren und die Unzuverlässigkeit zum Tragen. (Abendessen) Das Abendessen war geschmacklich immer super lecker und schön angerichtet. Wir waren nur zwei Abende vor Ort, weshalb ich die Abwechslung nicht wirklich beurteilen kann. Schönes Hotel mit miserablem Service. Ich weiß nicht ob ich in einem Hotel übernachten möchte um als Gast den Mitarbeitern zuzuhören für was sie alles nicht zuständig seien wenn man ein Anliegen hat, die über den Chef herziehen vor den Gästen wie schlecht sie doch bezahlt werden oder ständig vor sich hin fluchen. Wenn man öfter Gast in einem Vaya Hotel ist sollte man zudem nicht jedesmal seine Daten ausfüllen müssen. Auch der Tiach beim Abendessen war nicht hinterlegt. Es gibt also viel zu tun im Service. Ansonsten echt ein schönes Hotel.
