Our spacious and lovely West Asheville home is located just 7 minutes from the heart of downtown Asheville and its bustling restaurants, breweries and coffee shops, and 15 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Tucked away on a little known drive surrounded by trees and foliage, and with 70 feet of wrap-around deck overlooking the beautiful Crown Plaza Golf Course, you will forget you are in the city.
Our spacious home offers 2,000 square feet of updated living space perfect for your gathering of friends or family. Quick access to downtown Asheville, the River Arts District and West Asheville.
-Base rate includes occupancy for up to 6 guests. Guests beyond the included 6, incur an additional fee of $50/guest per night., with a total allowed occupancy of 8 guests. No more than 8 guests are permitted.

Note: While we have an Asheville address and are less than 10 minutes from downtown, a little sliver of our street, including us, legally lies in unincorporated Buncombe County, and is thus not subject to Asheville's Airbnb restrictions. This is a fully legal Airbnb property.
