Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the cottage offers a homely ambiance, coupled with modern amenities to ensure a memorable stay. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a well-appointed space, boasting a blend of contemporary edge and rustic charm. Our master suite is a haven of tranquility, featuring a plush queen bed and an expansive flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is equally comfortable, offering a restful full-sized bed. For additional guests, you'll find a convenient air mattress available in the living room area. The beautiful open-concept design is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless-steel appliances and essentials such as a coffee maker, toaster, oven, and wine glasses. The adjacent dining area ensures shared meals are a delightful social occasion. The magic extends outdoors to our captivating backyard. Make unforgettable memories as you gather around the fire pit, create a sumptuous BBQ on the grill, or sway on the enchanting tree swing. Our entire property, including the deck, concrete patio, 'Man Cave' in the basement with laundry utilities, is at your disposal.

Guest Access:
Guests have unrestricted access to the entire property. A smart lock system provides flexibility for self-check-in and check-out, ensuring your schedules are uninterrupted. Free parking on premises is available, complemented by free street parking. The spacious home, lounging backyard, functional kitchen, cozy 'Man Cave', and all other amenities are for your enjoyment.

Close to the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville

Getting Around:
Car is recommended. Uber/Lyft are readily available in our area. We are very close to Interstate 40. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals.
