I booked this place for my parents when we had an unexpected snow fall. We were all so shocked that the room was actually an apartment with a full kitchen, giant bathroom, big bedroom and a fireplace. The place was super clean and so comfortable. The check-in and check out process was easy for them and the staff was so friendly. I will absolutely recommend this place. We loved it!

Check in was wonderful and seamless. Room was spacious and clean. Location is centrally located to all the adventures in the Asheville area. Bed was squeaky and walls are very thin. Hotel Bar was great. Expedia still showed breakfast option for weekends but was discontinued per front desk . Overall a great weekend getaway.

The rooms are incredible and always clean. The value compared to other hotels is amazing! We ALWAYS stay here when visiting Asheville! The Azalea restaurant is delicious and I can't give a higher recommendation to anyone searching for a place to stay in Asheville. Close to the hospital, downtown, Biltmore house... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
