Great place. I can’t believe the size of the unit and quality for the price. Easy in and out. Close to hospital. Staff has been very friendly. I wish I could find this type of place everywhere that I vacation.

Being close to the hospital, there was a ton of ambulance and helicopter noise. Aside from some random cobwebs and sketchy showerhead the place was nice and clean and fairly centralized to the city.

This place was great. Two night trip at last minute to Asheville and stumbled upon this property to stay. We needed two bedrooms, so this was perfect. This will be our go-to place in Asheville now when we visit. You get an entire apartment for the price of a hotel room. Perfect for a larger family. Only downside, is this part of Asheville was affected by the recent hurricane flooding, so many of the businesses very close to this propertly are still recovering. Only a few minutes more of a drive to find everything that you need though, so not a major inconvenience for us.

It was our third stay in The Residences at Biltmore hotel. We like a one-bedroom apartment. It is spacious, parking is easy, and it is close to shops and restaurants.
