This is a hidden gem! Much more spacious than a traditional hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Restaurant/bar staff are super helpful.

Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Excellent location, convenient to downtown as well as the Biltmore area. Very clean, very comfy bed, useful to have the washer/dryer. We loved the gas fireplace - cozy for the extremely cold days when Asheville closed down due to icy weather warnings. The food and service at the restaurant were excellent. Would definitely stay again. Loved it.

Large 1-bedroom, large bathroom with soaking tub, huge shower, 1 sink. Lots of room in every room: kitchen, family room w/ fireplace, bathroom, balcony and bedroom. Plus in-room washer/dryer. (Dryer was not super efficient, but gas fireplace threw so much heat, dried clothes.) Elevators excellent. We were there during snowstorm, and the crew plowed the parking lots, the restaurant (Azalea) was the only place in town open (all stores, coffee shops, etc were closed). The food was great.
Great kitchen with full fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker.
Great bathroom, a little tired, could use paint and grout cleaning in the room we were in, but overall, very clean facility.

Lovely studio apartment at a great value. Spacious and even has a washer and dryer! Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Electric fireplace that really added to the ambiance. Close to the Biltmore Estate!

Parking is the biggest issue at this place. We have stayed here 5 or 6 times and it is always the same. We love it here. The only complaint I would have is that you can hear people above you. We had people playing music and walking around all night (literally) long. We called the office and they sent someone to check the sound and asked them to turn down the music. They were not trying to be loud, it is just that the insulation is not what it could be. This is always a great stay. We will continue to visit and can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Could be nice but it’s not. The rooms were horribly maintained. The floors and table were sticky. Overall the room lacked any care of being maintained unfortunately. We should have realized what we were getting for the price. Maybe the new management will change the deficiencies.

For the price of a hotel room we got a spacious apartment that’s very centrally located. 24/7 check in, great parking and clean although a bit dated apartment. Would stay again.
