You'll fall in love with this new condominium and it will become your frequent place of lodging while in Asheville. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). We recommend midsize or smaller vehicles only.

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. Road trip 2023

The location was great for us. We were able to walk to a lot of things we wanted to do. We also drove downtown and walked around as well which is a very short drive. The only issue is the codes that had to be entered when entering the parking garage, the elevator, the lobby, and the room. They were all different combinations. I understand the reason but it was challenging when loading and unloading the vehicle. Some reviews spoke of homeless people around the front we did not have this during our stay. We did see some around the property but none of them caused any issues for us.

Great Asheville Location

Pros: this building feels pretty new and is located near just about anything a tourist would want -- restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, River Arts District, downtown and Biltmore Estate are all minutes away by car (or just blocks away by foot). The condo is clean and the 2bed/2ba layout is a plus. Kitchen is adequately stocked and many of the basics (TP, paper towels, laundry detergent) are provided. A/C works well and the small balcony is still big enough to enjoy in the evenings. The reserved garage parking spot is a great feature. Cons: the walls are a bit thin -- we could hear the much louder group in the next unit for several hours on Saturday night, not to mention the very loud bar patrons about 2 blocks away. Showers could use properly fitted holders for the handheld shower heads. And there was no cooking knife of any sort in the kitchen (which is probably due to a previous renter removing or damaging it; given how well stocked the kitchen otherwise is, we didn't think it was an oversight). All in all, would definitely stay again if we're ever back in Asheville.

Nice for folks with compact cars

Our overall July 4th experience was a good one. We enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony. The location was convenient, but did have some folks wandering around that you wouldn’t want your granny meeting on a dark street. Some of the fixtures didn’t light, but the natural light was magnificent. Now about the parking…don’t stay here if you have a full size truck…parking will be a headache. There is a pay for parking next to the building that worked well, but if you want your car protected bring your small car or small SUV. Would stay here again if I had a smaller car.

Location, location, location

Location is perfect to be able to get anywhere you’d want to go in Asheville. Check in process was simple and the space was accurate to description. There is one parking space available with the unit for a compact car, paid parking available near premises and did not incur a >$35 in parking fees for a long weekend. Would definitely return.

Lots of homeless in the area but property very secure an no issues. Good location, lots to walk to in terms of bars/restaurants. I didn't want to leave the primary suite. The bathroom was beyond spacious with lots of storage. (Be careful, the shower floors were very slippery). The bedroom was very relaxing. The full kitchen was beautiful.

Perfect Asheville Stay

My fiancé and our two friends stayed at this place for NYE. It was a great size for 4 people and very clean. Location was great. Can walk to a lot of great breweries and restaurants downtown!

Modern 2 bedroom apartment on the South Slope with walking access to many nearby shops, restaurants, breweries and the like. Covered parking was a bonus, allowing road trips to Biltmore Estate, etc.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was very nice, we had some trouble with the sink and maintenance was there in no time to fix it. Good communication. Everything you need is there. The neighborhood is scary. When we first arrived we met two young women that warned us not to go out at night on foot. They had been accosted by some men and were almost robbed. The apartment building is right across the street from the Greyhound bus station. UGH. The garage where you park your car is very secure. Lots of codes to use to get to your apt. Just don't wander around on foot day or night. This warning is especially for women.

It was incredibly loud, to the point where I could not sleep. I could hear people talking at 3 am from the fourth floor and the maid service throughout the day from other units. When talking to a friend at dinner, who is a police officer, he visibly recoiled when I mentioned Asheland Avenue, as it is a bad area. Property was nice and close to downtown, but the noise and sense of danger were too much. Furthermore, it was nearly impossible to open the second floor garage from the car, which seemed easy to fix.

Beautiful, cozy condo and walking distance to everything!

We truly loved our stay at this condo. It was in a great location, walking distance to all of the restaurants, breweries, stores and everything else that downtown Asheville has to offer. There was plenty of space in the condo for our kids to play, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We will definitely visit again!
