A lot of space and room
Rooms were nice and big with lots of closet and storage space. Easy check in/out, very close to Aspen mountain. Buttermilk a short 10 mins drive and Snowmass around 25 mins. Slept 7 adult sized people easily and comfortably. Kitchen was fully stocked with any pot/pan/utensil you’d need, plenty of linens and extra bedding. Only weird thing were many light switches went to nothing and outlets that didn’t work. The large fireplace was very nice. The deck is big enough for a hot tub which would make this rental, almost, perfect (just something to think about). We enjoyed our visit.

Great location
Great location and room for family. Great fireplace. Just right across the street from the bus stop with easy connections to ski at Aspen, Aspen Highlands and Snowmass. A couple of the beds were a bit too soft.

Great place close to downtown!
I came to Aspen with a small group of girlfriends and this was the perfect place! This was our groups second time booking this listing - once in the summer and once in the winter. Plenty of beds for everyone and right on the bus route that takes you to and from town. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

Great experience
The property was fantastic. Location was only a mile from downtown Aspen. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable there. The master is the only room on the upper level and it has great views.

Great Aspen location, minutes from town!
Great Aspen location, just 10-15 walk, or few min drive, to downtown, right on the multi-use path and Hwy 82. Or if you're heading east up to Independence Pass, it's even easier, don't have to drive through town! The house itself has full-time tenant below, but generally not an issue. The building is older, but well kept with some newer appliances. 3+ bedrooms, good size living area and kitchen (and not too noisy for the bedrooms, so decent for kids). And a great big east-facing deck, with furniture and a grill.

Cozy but spacious
Was perfect for our family weekend! Pros: fully stocked kitchen, plenty of space, large driveway, peaceful. Didn’t use but public transportation seemed super easy and close. Quiet tenant below. Cons: carpet felt super super old, we ran out of hot water after using very little (possibly shared with basement unit?), lack of outlets (only really bothered me in kitchen). Will rent again!

Fantastic views & location!
Such a cozy, large home - we all had our own balconies. And we could walk into town if we wanted to! The supplied wood for the wood-burning fireplace was an excellent touch, we really enjoyed fires on the cold nights. Perfect for our 4-day stay. Getting there was a bit tough because Google Maps isn't accurate, and we arrived late at night..took a bit of walking to find the driveway, and realized if we explicitly followed the directions given to use we would have found it :)

Very good value
A little bit of investment would make this a 4 or 5 star home. The decorating scheme is quite dark and there is a minimum of lighting, making for a very dim environment at night. On the up side, the kitchen is very well stocked and the bedrooms are very nice sized.

Great location but poor overall maintenance by Vacasa company
The location was awesome, the house is beautiful with big rooms. The cleaners so the best job they can to upkeep the house but the overall and long term maintenance is poor and that is the fault of Vacasa. I think Vacasa is just trying to get as much money from renting the house but not putting it back in to preserve it in the long run. Here are the problems: 1) TV stand of the TV in the living as shown in this main picture was broken and it was not replaced and we had to prop it up with bricks and books. 2) carpets especially in the living room was old and disgusting (it was vacuumed) and not sure when the last time it was steam cleaned or actually needs replaced. 3) living room sofa was old and cushions were so squishy that you were absorbed into the couch. 4) all cabinetry from the kitchen to the bedrooms were broken in places or hammered shut. 5) the dryer was broken and we could not use it and no attempt was made to fix it for our stay. That is all I can think of that seem important.

Great house for family/bigger group
We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and has a great view! It's a good walk to Aspen downtown and there's also a free shuttle to/from the house/downtown Aspen. My sister and I brought my dad and our families to Aspen and attended Snowmass Hot Air Balloon festival. The house accommodated 8 of us and provided plenty space. The only thing wasn't perfect that the listing says it's dog friendly but when I requested if we can bring up our dog, the agent informed me the place doesn't allow pet. However, when we arrived the house, all the signs show rules of having pets in the house. Fair warning to people who are allergic to animals because I had allergic reaction after getting into the house and I suspect there was more than dogs stayed in the house in the past (I'm allergic to cats and rabbit and their dander).

Great house for a large group
This house was perfect for our large group. We all kept remarking at how fortunate it was that we were able to find a house close to town, big enough for our group and would accept pets. It's a little walk to town, but the access to paths and the bus was perfect for what we needed.
