Located in the historic center of Assisi, overlooking the Rocca Maggiore and Minor, it overlooks the Roman amphitheater ... the old sources. The house is located 5 minutes walk from the Piazza del Comune (city center) the Minerva, from the cathedral of San Rufino and Santa Chiara and a 10-minute walk from the Basilica of San Francesco, a 30-minute walk to 5 minutes by car from the Eremo delle Carceri.
Characteristic fully furnished house arranged in three floors with two double bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, a double bedroom with large wardrobe, flat screen televisions in the living room and two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is inside the bedroom with a bed bunk with sink and toilet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Free or private parking nearby. All the furniture is completely new; especially the bathroom renovated in 2019. WiFi fiber throughout the home.

Wonderful!
We loved our stay in this adorable home in Assisi. It was so charming and just magical. The house had everything that you need plus more. Well stocked with all the amenities. It’s a beautiful little historic house. We stay here with our four kids and fit very comfortably. I only wished we had booked it for an additional night because we loved it so much. Everything is walkable. And Puckie was wonderful answering all our questions promptly and gave detailed check in instructions making our arrival pleasant. Thank you Puckie, we loved our stay and hope to come back some day!

We enjoyed our stay, everything was as pictured and we had a wonderful time. Check in was easy, no problems, just stay on the bus till it goes through the old gate of the old town and makes its last stop at the top of the hill. This apartment was cozy and met our needs. Puckie was good about communication before and during our visit. She answered our questions and provided maps and pictures to help us find the property. The apartment and Puckie made our stay very pleasant. There was parking about 100 meters outside the city wall. This was close to the apartment.

Good base for seeing Assisi
Puckie is an amazing host, quick to respond, great with her recommendations and very accommodating. It is a beautiful house with a large kitchen with all that is needed to prepare almost any meal (and close to restaurants, like La Rocha, if you want to eat out). The bedrooms are comfortable and they and the bathrooms are very clean and up-to-date. This is a great base for seeing the city. The only couch or comfortable chair is a small love seat and the shower is meant for very small people, but we weren't there to sit at home, we were there to see Assisi and this place worked well for that!

What a wonderful place to stay! We absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, the house was impeccably clean and the view was amazing. The owner was very kind and helpful. I wish we'd had time to stay longer.

Non abbiamo incontrato di persona i proprietari della casa, ma onestamente non c'è stato bisogno. Prima di arrivare ho ricevuto un messaggio molto dettagliato su come raggiungere la casa e avere le chiavi , e dentro la casa stessa c'erano tutte le informazioni possibili su attività e luoghi da visitare. Sono rimasta solo due giorni con una mia amica per un matrimonio, quindi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno, ma ho dato un'occhiata veloce e c'erano davvero molti consigli utili. Per il resto la casa era pulita, calda e non mancava davvero nulla, e la proprietaria è stata molto gentile al telefono!

Proprietà molto attenta al benessere degli ospiti, gentile, accorta, disponibile e socievole....due chiacchiere e ci si da subito del tu. La casa rispetta quanto le foto illustrano, pulita e con tutto il necessario per una buona vacanza. Vicinissima al centro di Assisi Noi eravamo in 5 e tutto è stato perfetto. Consigliatissimo
