The view over the marina and of the Astoria bridge, the wrap-around balcony, and big view windows were all wonderful. The carpet screams to be replaced, however. The room is in desperate need of an upgrade as well. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. stay

Had to change rooms due to storm damage, no issues with this, was notified well in advance. Our new room though smelled like old stale cigarettes, the paint in the bathroom ceiling was peeling and overall grungy. Woken up several times throughout the night due to loud banging below . The view of the marina and bridge was nice, but there are other hotels with the same view.

I was disappointed in the view. Only a partial view of the boat basin from room 162. The website photo made it look like a full view. Other little things I noticed..the entry door squeaks when it is opened and closed, the drapery does not fully cover the window (allowing in daylight and also the possibility for someone to see in) and the bathroom sink is slow to drain. Signing on second time to try and upload photo.

The room we were in was just beautiful. Yes, very clean and spacious. The gal that checked us in could not have been nicer. The location was great. And breakfast the next morning was delicious!

It wasn't a horrible stay. The bathroom was clean. The view off our balcony (marina) was nice. Breakfast was good. But what is going on with the carpet? It looks like multiple people have met their demise inside those four walls. So many positives about the location and room, but that carpet was disturbing.

The Riverwalk Inn is an older hotel. We rented two rooms and both were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was what you would expect for the complimentary breakfast at any hotel. We were pleased with our stay.

The hotel rooms were dated but clean. Having a room with a balcony looking over the boat docks and the Astoria bridge was spectacular. The free breakfast was a great perk and good coffee. The place was a great place for the price. We would book here again !

Front desk staff super nice and helpful. However, room was a disappointment: 1. Furthest room from Marina only saw a boggy area. Wish it was a better situated room. Super bummed about this. 2. Room very dirty (especially bathroom I have pix) and there was no deadbolt (have pix) which made us feel unsafe. Pillow looked like it had blood on it (have pix). 3. Beds uncomfortable. Very old and worn out. Overall, hotel looked/felt tired. Would love a discount if possible?
