The photos falsely represent this property. Our room had stains on the floor and couch, the windows were seemingly cleaned with a dirty cloth, there were tons of cobwebs and rusty furniture on the deck, and one of our lamps was missing a light bulb. The property is very outdated and not well kept. Additionally, I work in the resort industry and it is Hospitality 101 for front desk staff to not to announce the guest’s room number to the entire lobby for safety reasons, but that is exactly what they did. For over $220/night, the value is not there.

The toilet had not been cleaned - there were flecks of poop in it. The front door has large gaps of light/air coming in around 3 sides. The view is nice.

I wasn’t impressed with the housekeeping! We were only there over night, but we only had one wash cloth, one hand towel and 2 larger towels for showering. The bed looked like someone had been sitting on it. Property up keep is not good!

Great Location -

no kitchen - great location, great view, great parking! love the place however its in need of a little lipstick and make up type upgrades..... if your investors put some $ into that place it has unbelievable spectacular potential

Great View, Basic/Older Rooms but Comfortable Stay

We stayed here for two nights. The room was very dated and worn, but it was overall clean and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the view—absolutely beautiful and one of the best features of this property. This hotel feels like a true “you get what you pay for” experience. The more affordable rooms are basic and show their age, while the higher-priced rooms seem to be more updated and better appointed. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable stay with a great view at a reasonable price, this is a solid choice. If you prefer something more modern or upscale, it may be worth booking one of the upgraded rooms.

Very much enjoyed my stay at Riverwalk inn, rater lower because beds need updating. Mattresses are memory foam and have defined dips in them making them not very comfortable.

Not clean!

We ended up not staying after seeing the condition of the room. The photos online make them look bright, airy and CLEAN, which they are not. Multiple stains on carpet, bedding looked dirty on top and the mattress sunk down in a few places. Dorty upholstered furniture with foam coming out....just NOT CLEAN. We canceled our stay and did refund us without any fuss.

You have to be a computer programmer to run the tv. Furniture inside was worn. Balcony needed cleaned. Shower was wonderful. Great pillows. Room was clean. Great having a microwave and fridge. Great breakfast.
