We were checked in very quickly which was nice since the line was quite long due to it being the bridge race weekend and the staff were very friendly.
We've stayed in this hotel several times, so we didn't expect the room to be the very best, but it's convenient if you are doing the bridge race.
The door to the room was VERY difficult to open, with instructions to open it written in sharpie on the door. The room had an unpleasant odor when you walked in, almost like cigarettes. The fan in the bathroom was VERY loud, and only got louder the longer it ran. The shower head is so low that you have to crouch down to get under it when you shower.
The television is the absolute WORST to operate, VERY difficult and comes w no sort of instructions to assist you.
The room only had 2 towels, even tho we made a reservation for 4 people, so we had to go back to the office to request more towels.
Like I said, we've stayed here before, it's convenient for the bridge race, and we'll likely stay again, but this could've been the least favorite room we've ever stayed in.
