Good For the price, this is a CLEAN comfortable bed to sleep in for a night. We had booked multiple rooms. Hotel is very outdated and rooms missing things like screen door to balcony, drain stoppers, Broken bathroom door handles. Checked into our room and found the front room door open. Cleaning crew was polite & did a great job cleaning but did let us into someone else’s room on accident which was awkward. The area around the hotel is not the best and would suggest parking as close to the building as possible. As a woman I would not walk around without a group after dark. Staff is friendly and rooms were clean!

We had a great visit and will definitely be back! I'm not one to give out 5 stars readily, because I always believe there is room for improvement, but it was great. Great location, view, breakfast, staff, and room. :)

We booked a “marine view” and got a corner that mostly looked at the other side of the building. Tried speaking to the manager, but she was short and said they were “full”. Went online and found lots of rooms left. In the morning, went for the “free breakfast”. Dished out oatmeal only to discover they were “out of milk”. Got a coffee, hoping to take it on my walk….no lids. Staff just brushed all of these concerns off while they chatted with one another at the front desk.

This is a budget hotel with gorgeous views and a nice location in Astoria. The check in staff I did not find very professional. They had a huge line of people after 4pm wanting their rooms however she kept blaming the “lazy cleaning staff” as to why the rooms weren’t ready. Luckily I booked through Expedia and my rooms was pre-done. Reading many other reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence and should be addressed. The property is older and would be amazing if renovated. The breakfast was quite good and the kitchen staff were pleasant and hardworking. I can’t say I’ll stay here again due to the properties condition but it was inexpensive and again the views were amazing.

Everything was fine checking in. I dont mean to be rude but the person that checked me in had terrible breath i could smell it everytime he/she? Spoke... stuff in the room is rusty and seeming like falling apart. Right when i came in the bathroom to go i was met with a spider crawling toward me which i had to murder. (Squish) i looked underneath the sink and sure enough there is cobwebs there and behind furniture. This property needs to make sure their maids are cleaning corners and under the sink and behind furniture. Little creatures like to make their homes in places like that.other than that great stay with good tv great view of bridge and astoria bay. The toilet barely flushes. Weak suction.shower water stays hot for long so that is nice. Bed was also average comfort. Felt springy. Also a plus they serve breakfast.

I liked the views of the marina. The room was nicely appointed. I had late checkout that Id arranged with the front desk but they were banging on the front door and calling the room at normal check out. That was irritating. Lack of communication was apparent. And the room staffing was rude. But other than that Id stay there again, just not getting a late check out.

Although we had a beautiful view of the Columbia River and the Astoria Megler bridge the room was very outdated. The carpet looked to be 30 plus years old, faded and worn out. The bed was so misshapened. Overall the room was not as nice as we hoped but was fine for a one night stay.
