Capsule a bit smelly. No female room option. Only one shower available. staff is very nice and friendly. Location is good. Walkable from 2 stations and to the beach.

入室時、エラーで、入れなかった。 電話してもなかなか出てもらえず、入口をウロウロしていた。最悪！約1時間後、電話して、パスワードを教えてもらって入室！

熱海駅からタラタラ歩いて15分くらい。散策がてら歩くのには良い！利用が初めてでチェックインの顔認証が大変だったが、女性スタッフが丁寧に対応してくれ、ことなきを得た。施設の作りは簡素だが清潔に保たれておりシャワーが男女各1ヶ所、トイレが各2ヶ所と少なかったが問題なかった。ドミトリーだったか、この日の宿泊者のマナーも良く夜は静かに寝ることができた！ただ、エクスベデアの紹介ではタオルありとなっていたが有料だったので訂正願いたい。でもGWで３，０００円もしなかったので文句なし！次回も機会があったら利用したい。

コスパ重視で素泊まり利用なら十分快適
翌日の天城山登山のための中継地として利用。宿へのアクセスは、駅から少し歩くものの、適度に熱海の街を散策できてちょうどいい。ホテルへの到着時間が遅くて、スタッフが不在だったため、iPadでのチェックインに少し手間取ってしまったが、入口に貼ってある説明に従い無事にチェックイン。翌朝の出発時間も早かったため、純粋に睡眠をとるためだけの滞在だったが、室内は静かで、ベッドも清潔感が感じられ、十分快適な夜を過ごせた。

宿泊のみのゲストハウスで食事の持ち込みが有りで電子レンジ、冷蔵庫が共用スペースに置いてあります。 ここは初期設定に顔認証システムを採用して居ました。 その為24時間外出が出来ます。
