The Garcia Hacienda is an extremely unique and spacious authentic 3-bedroom/3 bath one-story Mexican Villa centrally located in North San Luis Obispo. Nestled conveniently close to a plethora of attractions, our location boasts easy driving access to the renowned Paso Robles Wine Country (10-15 minutes), soothing All Natural Hot Springs (15 minutes), unique Tin City (8 minutes), picturesque Stadium Park Hiking trails (6 minutes), Kennedy Club Fitness (2 minutes), and the captivating Sunken Gardens & Historic City Hall (6 minutes). Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Chalk Mountain Golf Course (13 minutes), while families can enjoy a visit to the Atascadero Zoo (7 minutes) or indulge in the excitement of the County Fair (13 minutes). Our thoughtfully appointed home rests atop a hill and features a spacious living room, inviting dining areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, three cozy bedrooms, three bathrooms, a covered porch, laundry facilities, and a welcoming back patio complete with a crackling fire pit and spa. Complimentary amenities include high-speed wifi, convenient on-site parking, hot tub/spa, and laundry services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay for our guests. We also have an inflatable queen mattress if you want additional comfort. Lastly, inside the residence, we have board games, books, a Sonos Speaker System, ping-pong, TVs, BBQ and more.

Check-in and check-out is a breeze with our convenient lockbox system, ensuring hassle-free access. The lockbox code will be released to you in advance of your stay.

We have very easy and accessible parking on premises for up to 4 cars. There is also street parking if you need to bring more cars.

If you are bringing your furry friends, the yard is enclosed on all sides for your dogs and does not border a neighbor's fence line.

A Property Manager is available in person if needed Monday through Friday for non-emergencies and 7 days a week for emergencies. Please call 911 if there are any life threatening emergencies.
