I told the desk that I had an early flight, needed to check out at 5 AM and would miss the breakfast included with the room. He told me that they would prepare a box to go. I was flabbergasted the next morning, that they not only remembered it, the box breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. For me, the thoughtfulness of the staff touched me and made my stay at Acropolis View Hotel the most memorable example of great service I have ever experienced.

The room was a little small and had no sitting area but the view of the Acropolis from the balcony made up for that. Great breakfast buffet.

This location was perfect for our three days in Athens. Walking distance to all attractions was great. Lots of restaurant choices. The included breakfast on site was a pleasant surprise! We knew they had a rooftop breakfast, but were so happy when we found out it was included in our room rate. The buffet food was wonderful and so many choices. Our room was great, especially for Europe! The staff was fluent in English and so helpful whenever we had questions. Our only reminder to USA travelers is to remember to bring your own washcloths! The front lobby had water and cookies every day...yummy! Stairs and elevator were easily managed. Definitely would stay here again if we are in Athens for any length of stay.

Although somewhat dated, the hotel and staff are lovely. 7 min walk to Acropolis and museum. 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. The breakfast on the roof was small but tasty and enjoyable. For a modest price hotel, it had plenty of pros!!!!!

We loved the stay. Hotel staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. They even got our room ready sooner as we had arrived early from an international flight. The view from the rooftop of the acropolis and evening sounds of concert from the ancient open air theater was outstanding!

Front desk staff was very hospitable even at midnight when we arrived. Room was great, clean and breakfast was very good. Roof too bar area was superb, esp at night with Acropolis all lit up. Def would stay here again

Great,friendly,professional staff.Really clean hotel with a rather basic room.Amazing views of the Acropolis from the roof terrace.Really good breakfast.My only real issue was the fact that I didn't sleep through the night.My view from toom 201 was of a main air conditioner unit,which started up in the middle of the night,and carried on every few minutes until I just had to get up.It was pointless just lying there.Two incredibly disturbed nights sleep.I would only stay at the hotel again if a quiet room was guaranteed.

Perfect location near Acropolis and easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and buses etc. Hotel staff so very helpful. Rooms spotless clean. Amazing views of the Acropolis from roof top terrace. Breakfast plentiful and plenty of choice for everyone. Would certainly return if visiting Athens again and would highly recommend to family and friends.
