The apartment is in a really great area of Athens, lots of restaurants and stores around. Walking distance to all historical sites and attractions.

아테네 중심 접근성 좋은 아파트
신다그마 광장에서 걸어서 5분 거리에 있어 핵심 관광지 접근성은 아주 좋습니다. 아파트 주변 환경도 매우 안전하고 좋습니다. 아쉬운 것은 샤워실이 비좁고 물이 빠지지 않고 온수가 샤워할 정도(5분도 채 안 됨)밖에 나오지 않습니다. 방은 넓고 좋습니다. 겨울철엔 비추입니다.

Διάφορες από τη διαφήμιση. Ικανοποιητικό πάντως
Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και ωραία διακοσμημένο-δεν ήταν όμως στον πρώτο όροφο όπως διαφημιζόταν αλλά υπερυψωμένο ισόγειο -επίσης δεν διέθεσε θέση πάρκινγκ όπως υποσχόταν στη διαφήμιση. Τέλος ως προς την πληρωμή ενώ διαφήμιζε 190€ τις 3 μέρες αν πληρώνονταν άμεσα και 200€ αν πληρωνόταν στο τέλος της διαμονής έκανε αυτόματη κράτηση από την πιστωτική κάρτα πρώτα προκαταβολής 67€ και μετά όλο το ποσό δηλαδή τα 200€ δέκα μέρες πριν τη διαμονή και όχι στο τέλος της. Επίσης χρέωσαν 30€ καθαριότητα τα οποία δεν περιλάμβαναν στην αρχική τιμή και διαφήμιση. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν οκ όλα αλλά ως προς τη διαφήμιση απείχε σε κάποια θέματα. Επίσης βλέπει πίσω σε πράσια το μπαλκόνι.

Appartement très confortable et très fonctionnel. Très bien placé dans la ville d’Athènes, prés de station de métro, petits magasins et restaurants très bon. C’etait un très bon séjour.
